Pretty solid Lowes. Almost always has everything I need, and the staff is pretty knowledgeable. I've been going here for a while, and you see the same people working here for years, which is a pretty cool thing when they remember your projects and what not.

Mattie at check out was great! She helped me a lot and was so cheerful. I’m so glad Lowe’s carries almost everything I used to buy at Tractor Supply. Even better, there is a Blink EV charger at the Firestone right there!

Great store to pick up items and quick check out. They have a lot of items for your home and yard. I have shop here and it’s quick and easy.

Nice service staff helped us purchase a refrigerator. However, it was hot inside. Why make your customers so miserable while shopping? It’s Austin in the summer, don’t make us suffer while spending our money. Lowe’s corporate do better!!

Bad customer service, especially at this location. Cory or Coly is the senior lady on a return desk is very unpleasant.
Lowe’s becomes worse compared to HomeDepot.
I will shop around at their competitor HomeDepot next time and I will avoid this particular location.

I went to the store yesterday to purchase a few things . I got into my tru, k, and when I turned the truck , n sawee a disable getleman tryintoro load pickets on his truck . I got o, and t I offer my help . At 1, t he said it's . k I don't want you to get dirty . I said I don't mind at all it will be my pleasure." I asked why you didn't ask for anyone to help you load ? He told me I asked the guy at lowes when the Cedar pickets were, and he just told me pointing his finger right there . I've got so upset because they see the man is disable and they didn't even bother to go help him . That is not good customer service . Every time I go there to pick material people, either they don't know anything or they are rude or too lazy to help you with anything. I come to the point I do not like going to Lowe's in leander .

The manager, Gabby and customer service attendant Beth are both prejudice. I bought a water faucet to install. It did not come with the parts to install it correctly so took it back to Lowe’s to find the parts. After talking to two plumbing employees neither could find the parts to install, the Lowe’s brand faucet. So I went to the service desk to return it. The dark gentleman in front of me was returning a used $250 craftsman saw. Beth had no problem returning the saw and refunding the gentleman completely. I was next in line. As I approached the counter, beth extremely rudely told me she would be with me in one minute. I had my receipt for the item I was returning which the gentleman in front of me only had his receipt on his phone. Again, there was no issue returning his saw. Beth opened the box and saw that the water faucet I was returning was out of the plastic and had thread seal on the thread. That is because the faucet was actually put in place and almost installed, but because it did not come with the correct parts and Lowe’s did not sell the correct parts I was returning it. Beth proceeded to give me a lecture. I asked her nicely not to lecture me because I had had a bad day and that the gentleman in front of me did not get a lecture. she continued to try to lecture me 4!different times. After the third time I started to raise my voice and then Gabby, the manager walked over to see what the problem was. She proceeded to tell me to calm down, which was the absolute wrong thing to say. she also helped in the return that was done prior to mine. No lecture was given to the dark gentleman that was returning the $250 saw. But both women really seem to love the opportunity to lecture me about the $34 water faucet I was returning. The main difference was I have white skin and my return was only $34 and the gentleman in front of me had dark skin and the item he was returning was $250….

I choose to frequent this location because Sandra is a plant mother and has helped me so much during my journey with her diverse knowledge of plant care. The store is always clean and well organized everyone is pleasant but Sandra is a gem!

Every time I go there it is just self checkouts. They do not want to hire cashiers and want the customers to check out their own merchandise. I have already addressed this issue with Lowes but they do not care.

Customer service is lacking here. I needed help finding a touch less kitchen water faucet. Saw 2 Lowes guys on an aisle and ask for assistance. Wow, they were both really bothered that I asked, and reluctantly, one of them did provide assistance that I needed. Please provide guidance to your staff on how to provide great customer service instead of trying to avoid customers and their questions.

The manager at this store, I cant recall his name (maybe john), was absolutely amazing. He tirelessly worked to fit a big vanity in my van, even going the next step to completely rearrange the toilets I already had in there. Truly truly amazing customer experience. Wish more retailers were like this. Truly cared for the customer journey, and didnt even have to.
Will def be back!
