Robbie at James Avery is very helpful! I dropped off my anklet Saturday, the lady that was helping me said it would be ready for pickup Sunday at 5:00pm. I went in Monday to pick it up. They couldn’t find it, Robbie found it and the previous lady got the placement of the charms incorrect. Robbie took my anklet back, fixed it and I was on my way. I will always work with Robbie moving forward. She’s great!

Stopped by the store 5 minutes before closing (7:55) to get my finger sized for a ring I was looking at. I realize they were about to close, but figured it would take 2 min. The doors were already locked when I tried to come in and the associate inside looked at me like I was absolutely crazy. When she came over and I let her know I wanted my finger sized, she rudely said the registers were shut down and to come back at 10am. I couldn’t believe how rudely I was treated and had got there before closing. I will think twice before buying jewelry from here.

I love this store, great quality, I have had this bracelet 3 years and i never take it off, not even to get in the shower, and it’s beautiful, customer service is awesome, highly recommend
