Definitely not H&R anymore! I drove there for a 30 minute appointment, filled out paperwork, and then followed up twice a couple of weeks later, yet I still don't have an estimate. Looks like the H&R quality and service left with Daryl. Time to find a new shop!

This body shop has poor customer service , we took our vehicle June 20, and it is now August 16th they hardly call to update us on the time frame we got it back on July 26th saying our vehicle was ready and good to go. We had a planned family vacation and had to cut it short due to the vehicle overheating, we contacted Joe Hudson the 2nd time to come and pick it up due to they didn’t fix the vehicle the first time, that was on July 30, it is now Aug 16th it is still in the shop. With only called maybe twice in the lengths time. Not to mention my husband emailed Mr Joe Hudson himself back in the end of July and still no response I highly do not recommend this body shop at all due to poor service and communication.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Work and service was top notch. I received regular updates by text messages that kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. If given a choice, will be the only place I go to for body repair service. 5/5

We had an a mazing experience with Joe Hudson's. My son had taillight/bumper damage. Parts were ordered promptly & the repair was completed in the expected time. They kept us well informed - Connie was very prompt and thorough in her communications, which was really appreciated. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's and we will definitely use them again if needed!
