Please refresh/ retrain your employees on how to bag groceries. They tried put three heavy items in one single bag which of course ripped the bag. This store rarely has items that I actually need.

Worst store ever for delivery. We scheduled to have our groceries delivered because they didn't have any curbside times available, 2 weeks in a row. The first week the delivery was an hour late. This time we are are an hour and a half. Fire managers! Get cooperate support in and retrain and hire enough people to get the job done. It's a disaster there ever weekend and I never thought I would say it, but I wished a Walmart or Target would come in. Anything would be better than this mess. Time to look elsewhere, and sadly it's become a whole neighborhood post on our websites. I'm not the only one talking about it. Over 200 people talked about how horrible HEB is in this area. Service is definitely not their strong hold.

Following voicing a serious complaint about an employee coming into my personal space unannounced and unnecessarily in the self-checkout (I mean in a real-life reach-around-my-body-type scenario), store manager Kevin approached me in an aggressive, escalatory manner and accused me of making a threat which he said they couldn't have there. Kevin had followed me to where I was engaged in another transaction with employee Claire after the fact. I have made numerous complaints about the personal space violations. All Kevin said initially said was, "We're just tryin' to do our job." I originally asked for the store manager. Kevin said he was. I had explained that I was going to have to come back through the same line in a few minutes and didn't want to have the same experience or any further problem with an employee. Upon returning to the front doors of the store, I found what appeared to be Kevin retelling another employee (Alex) about what occurred. I had their full attention when I walked back through the doors. I was then profiled by Alex as she made it a point to monitor me and come to the self-checkout where I made it clear what Kevin had done wasn't right. I told her that he came after me in an escalatory manner and accused me of a threat. She said, "I don't know what was said, Have a good night, sir." I also asked for my HEB customer service complaint to be forwarded to Mr. Tom Angelini who is in charge of Corporate HEB Customer Service which doesn't seem to have been done. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau as well - Case #: 21143333. The store refused to respond to the BBB. Someone would do well to instill the idea in these problematic employees that customer service is the job they should be "trying" to do and that without customers like myself, they wouldn't have gainful employment. Maybe a public speaking course would help as one can't necessarily be taught empathy.

I think those coming to complain about curbside or gas should take a moment and breathe. Yes, curbside is crowded, especially at peak hours or cold weather conditions. It's also the only place nearby that offers curbside. I don't think they anticipated how popular this feature would become less than 2 years after opening. As for the gas station and things being closed or not clear in/out/one way signs - have you ever been stuck in a one way gas station that has spots open but people can't get through or people don't want to use because their gas tank is on the other side? I do notice that people love to speed through the gas station, but those are the same people that will do that anywhere. I like the drive thru pharmacy, but I do notice that some patrons are very slow...it will always be an issue with drive-thrus. I don't know why people don't have their payments ready, their ID out, or don't know what medication they're picking up or for whom. The speaker can be a little loud and it just blows my mind to hear the reasons for the slow up at the pharmacy. Otherwise, the process is fairly quick to pick up meds that are ready. Remember, your insurance coverage isn't the pharmacy's fault for how much it's going to cost you. As for expired or bad food, I have not experienced this ever. And I have been shopping here since it opened. I've had nothing but pleasant customer service. I think the most "problems" I have had are crowded stores and items low or out of stock right before holiday or cold weather periods. I'm still a fan of this HEB as population grows.

Curbside takes FOREVER every single time. 30+ minutes to get my groceries and a line down the street waiting to get a pickup spot. It would be faster to drive to the Cedar Park store at this point.

Curbside customer-- I pay more for curbside and "personal shopping". I get less. Not only does it take 45 mins to pick up groceries (the time it would take me to go inside), there is something wrong EVERY TIME. Rotten produce almost every time. Raw meat in with other foods-- cheese, lettuce, they don't care. I put a note stating the product I ordered is raw meat and to bag it alone or with other raw meat and STILL these illiterate idiots put the raw meat in with other foods. I call and nothing is done. You need to hold people accountable. Next up, they encourage you to note your sub preferences. I do for a few select items that are for my child with allergies. Without fail, they ignore the note and get something that he can't have. Don't bother ordering the 5 gallon bottles of water, they apparently want to keep bringing me 10 individual gallons every week instead of giving me a 5 gallon bottle and letting me deal with the refill process. And lastly, they encourage you to bring your bags for recycling! And then leave them sitting in your trunk. Please stop hiring people that don't know how to grocery shop and have no common sense. You should be embarrassed at this point. Until then, I'll keep calling for my refunds. Oh and the Cedar Park 183 location is worse, if that's possible.

Curbside order decent size. All items ordered were received but what's with 1 item in numerous bags while others are jammed full? Products especially produce are better here than other H‑E‑B stores so we make the 20 minute drive. Sometimes a wait for handler to deliver the order but no big deal. Ample parking spaces and mostly away from parking lot and customers with carts etc. Recommend this location

This location has fresh produce and stocked with my favorite items. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I always appreciate a clean store also. Only thing that I wish they carried are colored carrots. I always have to go to Whole Foods for those and they are my favorite. I also wished they celebrated St. Patricks Day cause my husband is Irish and we like to celebrate. So finding festive decorations can never be found here. HEB does always have fresh herbs and plants for my garden and the pharmacy is convenient. Found out my neighbor is a manager there so she always says hello when we run into each other. Check out lines can get pretty long sometimes but management is quick to squash the problem. There are always carts available when you need them and the sanitation wipes are always available as well. Thank you HEB and please consider offering my favorite carrots. Thank you!

I ordered one of the display cakes for my friend’s birthday 4 days in advance and talked with one of the bakers in detail about making a couple of basic customizations. She wrote down the additions I asked for. I simply asked to add pearl sprinkles on the sides, top and around the strawberries, and I asked for an exclamation mark after “happy birthday.” But when I came to pick up the cake, none of these were done. I seriously felt so sad because I wanted to surprise my friend and show the effort I put into customizing a cake for her. The cake they gave me was like they just grabbed it straight out of the display. So disappointed and it really made me sad to be quite honest.

For the gas station- every other pump was "out of order" . No obvious "in" or "out" directions which made for absolute chaos and every man for himself. I've been in the store too and it's ok. HEB continually stops carrying real brands in favor of their knockoff brands that don't taste as good. So I wind up going to target or Walmart to get the real thing. The OJ section is a joke:10 feet of different H‑E‑B or central market brands and a tiny 2x2 square of actual brands like Tropicana or Florida's natural. And the HEB fresh squeezed OJ is now $10 for a half gallon.

Disappointed the photo doesn't cover the cake, disappointed that they offered to do orange icing to “go with the photo” & I ended up with neon orange icing that does not in fact go with the cake (may have to scrape it off because the orange looks awful), & disappointed that they also asked if I wanted white writing so it would be visible & its. overlapping. white. icing. (plus, there’s a weird space between the names & the writing, all of which unfortunately looks rather ‘slapped on’) instead of being all on the color portion.Overall super bummed about how this cake came out - $45 not well spent, & the moral is probably to be far more specific with my questions & directions & not assume that the cake will turn out beautifully without significant instruction.

H-E-B in Liberty Hill offers an exceptional experience. The cleanliness of the store, well-stocked aisles, and the genuinely friendly staff make it a top-notch grocery store. It's a one-stop-shop where you can find everything you need and enjoy a pleasant shopping experience at the same time.

Good selection, but the crowds are insane. Every time I go here it's like Black Friday. The bakery food isn't good. I recommended Wal-Mart over this hellscape.

Do not buy beer here! I've talked to them but they don't care. They store the beer unrefrigerated and it spoils but they don't care. The light beer was brown!

We are visiting from another state and our hosts suggested we get food at this amazing grocery store--really huge and quite the variety! We bout several fresh made in house meals to take home and they were very tasty! Service was good at checkout and there's a squeaky clean ambiance there.
