John is a great guy to work with. I rented a mini skid from him and he took good care of me. One of the tracks came off at around 7:00 pm but understandably he couldn’t get anyone out until the morning. He offered to extend my rental time a few hours for free (I had already finished my project so I just returned it) and apologized for the inconvenience. Elite stone will be my go-to. Also the prices were good.

Used them to build a retaining wall. John the owner said he would be by everyday to check up. So happens he was on vacation. His stone guy of many years did an excellent job until the rain came and the wall came down. They never back filled it and when we brought it up.. the stone guy said John makes him pay for stone/ gravel and mortar so he didn't back fill it?? They blamed it on the rain. To top it off when they back filled the part of wall that came down they used OUR brand new gravel from our driveway. When I asked why we have spots in the driveway they said the rain washed it away! Very shady people.. my hubby and I both got the creeps from them.
