Line wraps around the building. Been here 35 minutes and they have only cleared 4 cars. This isn’t uncommon at this location.

This particular location is the worst. I had to stay in line two times, 20 minutes each time. I gave them a call before to check when my prescription would be ready and arrived at the specified time. I was waiting in line for the second time 45 minutes after I arrived because the first time they kept me in line just to tell me my prescription was not ready. So they make you go and wait in line for the second time. There was a woman who had to wait for two and a half hours for her prescription to be finally completed for her. And guess what when I got to the counter for the second time they asked all the same questions they did in the first run. The whole process seems out of order and chaotic.

I am a teacher on a tight schedule and went by during my planning period to pick up a prescription for another teacher who has the flu. They are closed between 1:30 to 2pm. I wasn’t able to get it because I had to get back on campus for my students. How do you not have staffing to cover a 30 minute lunch? Just know, there are over 5,000 Leander ISD employees. We can go somewhere else.

Passport photos 5/5.Hope was there and helped me take photos of my 2 and 3 year old. We had lighter/pastel shirts and she recommended that we wear a dark color to contrast the background and offered her pullover for them to wear. Obviously this isn't something a toddler loves so she brought out some Halloween treats and made the experience wonderful. She also knew I didn't like offering sugar and found 2 mini green LED flashlights they could have. Hope was wonderful and if anyone needs passport photos, she's your girl.

Called 5 times and each time the first 4 times while waiting to talk to a pharmacy tech I was hung up on. Along with my doctor sent in a prescription for me but the pharmacist told me they had to wait for the doctor to accept the prescription… doesn’t make any sense the doctor is the one who sent the prescription in. And the 5th time I called finally got ahold of a pharmacist and he was extremely rude and disrespectful, I’m pregnant and sick and don’t need to be dealing with these insensitive dumb people who need to learn to do there job right and effect. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a few years now I’m now looking to change to a different pharmacy who is better qualified and not so insensitive to their patients/customers.

This place only has one person working in the pharmacy, they say that your prescription is ready, you wait in a 40 minute oine just to be told the perscription isnt sold because the “system” doesnt realize theyre two days backed up. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you want to waste an hour or two of your time to pick up a perscription. Apparantly its been like this for a while, and they havent thought to hire anyone

This pharmacy has done nothing but get worse. The staff is rude/uncaring and the pharmacy manager is abrasive.I’m moving my scripts elsewhere. If you’re in desperate need of meds don’t fill here….takes forever (sometimes days) to get filled.Really not up to CVS standards.

The staff is incredibly disrespectful and rude. I understand they have been under staffed for a while but that doesn’t give them the right to talk to their costumers they way they do. If you hate your job, quit and find something else to do, instead of extending your frustrations to your clients.

Please hire more staff or provide more hours for the current staff at the pharmacy at this location. The wait in line is always ridiculous. I'm trying to help out by going inside to stand in line but the average wait in line is over 20 minutes. The staff does a wonderful job and no concerns there. Management needs to hire more staff or provide more hours. I have tried all different times of day and it's ALWAYS busy.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION! Count and recount the meds you receive. I paid for a full box of meds and received an incomplete order. The pharmacy manager kept laughing at me while I was crying because this is a key medication I need to make sure I have a viable pregnancy. The lack of empathy and lack of taking responsibility really worries me.

Whoever the pharmacy's manager is, you should be fired. I'm not gonna list all of the different issues I've had with getting prescriptions from this pharmacy; issues caused by your staff's incompetency.

Passport photos from here do not work.Nicest…and I mean nicest…people working at this CVS. We went in for passport photos and very much enjoyed talking with the person who took care of us. My husband went in later and also had the same experience.Unfortunately regardless of their system that checks photos, none of ours were approved by the passport office. Too blurry on two of them and the likeness was incorrect on two of them. Fortunately two of us had taken back-up photos at home that were approved. The third had to get a photo taken at the passport office. I did not get a receipt for two of the photos, so I wasted $38. My fault for accidentally clicking on no paper receipt, thinking it would be emailed to me. It never asked for an email, and I didn’t want to inconvenience them by asking for a receipt.

I waited in line at the drive through for 30 min to pick up my inhaler. I finally got to the window and the lady gave me the price. I told her I was using my good rx card and she told me I couldn’t use it in the drive through and I needed to come in. Now I’be been standing in line for 10 min inside.Got to the register to be told that the good rx was already applied. That could have been told to me at the window.I drive all the way from Austin to get my medicine… looks like I’ll be transferring to another pharmacy all together

Called the pharmacy and asked to speak to the pharmacist and wanted to transfer my meds to CVS off Baghdad and Hero way. She told me she had No time to transfer my meds and she was busy. I told her are you the pharmacist she said yes. I told her it’s your job and H‑E‑B would never say thus to a customer. She said you can’t compare apple to oranges, and that H‑E‑B has more pharmacist that CVS and it was only her. This is still Not a reason to be telling customers this! If she is unhappy with her job she should find another job or career. Horrible experience! CVS if your employees complain about the company then FIRE them and Hire new ones who do want to work and treat people with kindness.

Went to pick up cortisone for my 16 month old baby who is having lot of itch due to hand foot and mouth virus sores .. I went to the consultation desk and asked very politely if there is a baby itch cream or a cortisone which is less powerful.. the lady (asian) was so rude started staring at me with an angry face .. it was so bizarre .. I gave piece of my mind to her saying I am there to buy a medicine not her attitude .. then a elderly lady working there saw the situation came and helped me with my question.. were there many customers ? NoWere there less staff ? No there are lot of them ..Was I rude asking for advice because I am trying to get a medicine for a baby ? No I was totally polite ..This is a job which will have lot of direct customer interaction .. if you are not ready for that .. GO FIND ANOTHER JOB .. IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE SIMPLE QUESTIONS FROM CUSTOMERS DONT EXPECT TO EVEN HAVE A JOB . ps there are lot of people in this country that needs a job and they are ready to do it better than you ..
