I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service provided by your pharmacy team. Over the past three months, my wife has visited this location twice to pick up prescriptions for our sick two-year-old daughter. On both occasions, I was away for work, leaving her to manage our daughter's illness alone.
During the first visit, despite explaining the urgent nature of the situation, the team not only refused to expedite the prescription but also treated her rudely. As she waited, our daughter vomited, yet the staff continued to delay for another 20 minutes while she struggled, covered in vomit. This lack of empathy and disregard for a mother and sick child in distress is simply unacceptable.
Unfortunately, the situation worsened during her recent visit. After leaving urgent care with our daughter, who was suffering from an extremely severe ear infection, my wife arrived at your pharmacy. Initially receiving assistance, she was abruptly interrupted by another staff member who informed her that they were closing in 15 minutes and directed her to visit a location in Round Rock, which is over 30 minutes away and 45 minutes from our home. This callous treatment, especially towards a child in pain late at night, demonstrates a severe lack of compassion and professionalism.
I am deeply troubled by these experiences. It takes a significant amount of frustration for me to write a bad review, and I am concerned that CVS may not prioritize improving customer care based on my feedback. However, if this can prevent another family from enduring such distressing encounters, then it is worthwhile.

This CVS is terrible!!!! Last week I came in for a prescription that should have already been filled they told me to wait an hour so I did. Then they told me just 15 more minutes so I waited more. Then they told me actually we are out of stock! They told me it would be in the next day so I came in again and it’s still out of stock!

store schedule in google maps says it's open till 11. when arrived at 6:30 to pickup drugs, they said pharmacy is closed. even though I explained it's antibiotics for my son and it's pickup only, she refused to hand out, saying the register was closed.

I placed an online order. Never heard from anyone 2 1/2 hours later. So I drove up to the store could not find a worker. No one in the store. Then a guy came walking in with a baseball hat on black shorts and a black shirt that apparently worked there. He was talking on his cell phone. So I went up to him and asked if he had my purchase. He hadn’t even looked at the orders online. No one else was in the store so they weren’t even busy.apparently this guy needs supervision. Horrible customer service.

horrbile serivice I try update my information over phone called alot times during day and its like they refuse answer phones .... u could at least acknowledge people calling so they have drive back forth trips to try get there dam medications that they need .! now I have make trips again tomorrow with my new insurance card just so I can afford the meds for my health!

This place is terrible!!! The people are terrible, their attitude is terrible and their service is God awful. They should close this place since no one likes their job here and it shows. Ef this place. Go to the cvs further down the road.

Do not get vaccinated here. Cleanliness and medical training issues. Didn't have people getting the same vaccine fill out the same paperwork. Some people didn't fill out any paperwork or sign anything for vaccines. Lucky they weren't allergic to anything. Huge problems with the pharmacy.

The service is slow, bad and now the pharmacy gave me only 6 instead of 7 days prescription. I reported the issue and they told me that I already took them all. Stay away from this CVS or all CVS locations

By far one of the worst cvs I’ve ever been to which is not saying much because all of the pharmacies are atrocious. Today I went into pick up a prescription and was told it would be ready in 30 min by employee. I get back and had to wait in line for another 30 min because all of the employees move without a care in the world just to be told they don’t have the prescription. I have wasted over an hour of my time today to not get my prescription.
