I’ve been calling to check out few services and details from past 3 days. But they will never answer your call and they don’t even call back. They will keep you on hold and that hold never ends. I see a lot of opportunity for them to improve there service

I tried to cash a check at Chase that was for one of their accounts and they wanted to charge me a fee. The check was for their own account. Chase is ridiculous and unreasonable. I moved my accounts from them a long time ago for their lack of customer service.

I like Chase bank but the new set up of the branches is confusing. It seems like there are never enough people working to accommodate how many customers they get. There is always a super long wait here and you have to do most things inside these days.

Rude employees and absolutely NO customer service. Banked with Chase for over 20 years. My son and I tried to add a savings account to an existing college account. Austin, the employee, didn't even bother pulling up our accounts on the computer. Said he can't help without proper ID, however both my son and I gave him our driver licenses which don't expire until 2025 and 2032. Not sure what they consider a proper ID. Definately will reconsider of doing business with Chase.

Would zero stars if I could! They charge you $10 to cash a check that came from their bank! Then require multiple forms of ID, and they have to call people to get the check approved it was a $1,200 check! Long wait times, poor customer service, and no desire to help customers whatsoever. Avoid this bank like the plague

If you're in the Cedar Park area it's 100% worth the drive to the Leander location near HEB Plus. It's absolutely refreshing to be treated like a human being here after being treated like a criminal for trying to cash a check at the N Bell location managed by David Romero. David's branch could use the type of leadership that this Leander branch is molded from.

Very very poor management. They mentioned walk ins are not allowed on weekdays . We booked an appointment and reached in 10 min late due to wrong address which is sent in chase email . After reaching there they made us to wait for 20 min . After a lady showed up and saying they accepted other walk in guys in our time and asked to come again later . Such a poor management . Worst experience so far .

I have long been a Chase customer, however after my experience today I will be closing my account.
Tuesday I walked into the branch with the intention to deposit savings bonds, I was told that they were understaffed so I would need to come back today.
Today I walked in and instantly the branch manager greeted me and told me he hopes there is enough time for them to do them all today, and led me to the back counter I started to feel like an inconvenience. As I was waiting at the one station for things to be done a line started to form and the employee at the other station started telling customers in line that they are backed up because someone came in with savings bonds. After a few minutes of standing there the branch manager came up and asked me to sit to the side so they can take care of some of the other folks in line. As I was sitting to the side I continually overheard employees complaining about the "someone who brought in savings bonds".
Needless to say I felt like a massive inconvenience from the time I walked in until the time I walked out of this branch, and after this experience I will be closing all accounts I have with this company.
