Austin's Automotive Specialists is a family-owned and operated shop in Leander, TX that provides honest answers and aims to do the job right the first time. The staff is great, honest, and provides great customer service with speedy responses and good communication. They are professional, courteous, and accommodating, working to understand a customer's budget and prioritize needs. The service is very fast. They stand by their warranties and strive to make visits enjoyable, wanting customers to drive away with a smile. While a minor inconvenience can occur, such as a follow-up visit for a leak, they make things right. Customers recommend the shop to others and state they will take their vehicles there and only there.

Able to schedule in a timely fashion. Reasonable pricing for service which is reliable. Managers are knowledgeable and helpful. Will continue to use AAS for auto service needs.
