Horrible office .. earlier this year it took them 7 attempts at a referral, today I had a blood test the doctor told me nothing about she just said to schedule a test. I show up and they say you fasted right? No because no one told me ANYTHING. I'm stuck going to this place because of marketplace insurance I can't wait for open enrollment so I can never come back again.

They always make us late by an hour minimum, all the time. I understand if it is once or twice. But it’s all the time. If anyone respects their time, should never go to this facility

We thought it would good to part of the ARC network and have had our teenage kids with the pediatrics office in Leander for a long time. In recent years we have learned that we are not only just a medical records number to them but they have grown so large they don't seem to care much about even about keeping your business. For example, our daughter lost her medication bottle for a pill she takes daily. We spent multiple hours on the phone trying to get ahold of someone and have even gone in person to get a refill called in. (This is not a controlled substance) Every time its the same story that a nurse will send it over or call use back. They never send it and they never call. Its been over a week with literally about 4-5 attempts. If you are ok with scheduling appointments months in advance, this a great place for you. If you are not busy parents with jobs and have the ability to wait on hold multiple times for almost an hour each, you will be fine with this place. We were ok with it until we had this lost medicine issue come up and realized they don't care about you one bit. So, I am now looking for a new pediatrician that will answer the phone when you call. That is really all I expect beyond basic medical competency. Being part of the ARC system where everything is connected is just a marketing scam. There is really no benefit I've learned and its terrible service at all ARC locations. BYE ARC! I feel sorry for the patients you still have

The management of this branch refused to provide me with the medical service that is stipulated by contract with my insurance provider, simply giving excuses and without taking the slightest diligence to resolve, seeming more like a degrading act towards me, they did not accept my valid insurance card and my status on the portal as active, the person at the desk completely useless and without any intention of helping the public, the saddest thing is that I pay a considerable amount monthly on my medical insurance to have these pathetic locations and low quality and without professional ethics

If you are looking for a doctor who listens, keep looking. If you are looking for a doctor who's practice is based off science based medicine, keep looking. If you are looking for anything of quality out of your doctor, keep looking. Dr. Manthena will not listen to your complaints, respect your request, or investigate any complaints without resorting to an etiology of depression and anxiety. Anxiety is referred a diagnosis of exclusion. Dr. Manthena will not rule out potential other causes to come up with an differentjal, other than anxiety and depression. She will take the easy button and try and prescribe downer medications because she projects her own bias into the situation, vs using actual science based approach. Even a simple lab order request for hormone evaluation will be a No and immediately diagnosing the causes as depression/anxiety. Do your self a favor and find a new doctor. If this is your doctor you should leave. If I could give zero stars I would!

This location needs to be closed and staff here needs have their licenses suspended especially the nurses and techs. They are destroying the reputation of nurses. I have never heard or experienced such crazy behavior at any patient care setting. All they care about is their money that they get from the patients and their insurance. If I need to vote I would like to request to close this location immediately especially after such horrible reviews of poor people who visited here !! And whoever is working there currently, hold on to their licenses untill they redo some training on behavioral education and patient care skills. They are just ruining public’s life by being there. Stay home if you don’t like your job but don’t play with someone’s life and emotions.

I love ARC, I've never had a bad experience until today. The front desk was very rude, short, & unwelcoming also smirked & smacked their lips when I walked in. Then the nurse was also very rude with her demands. The doctor acted as if he was scared of me. When it was time for me to go the nurse walked in and asked if I was done with my paperwork in a very rude tone. Grabbed my papers and quickly walked away with her head down while I was trying to ask her a question. I had to call for her to come back and she peeked in the door. I simply asked for an eta on when my paperwork would be ready to pick up because I live an hour away and if it would be ready today then I would just stay in the area. She replied with an aggressive tone "I DONT KNOW" and quickly walked away again. Not showing where to exit the office or no type of departure greeting. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

I recently visited Dr. Konda for a preventive care exam, and I had a billing issue that left me disappointed. During the visit, the doctor did not ask any questions related to a diagnostic exam, I didn’t ask any questions, the appointment lasted no more than 5 minutes and all the paperwork indicated it was for preventive care. Despite this, I was charged for diagnostic care. I expected better clarity and communication regarding the billing process, and I hope this issue can be addressed for future patients.

You will be billed the maximum amount for an office visit each time you make an appointment, regardless of what you are told when you make the appointment. I was told that a follow-up visit with Dr. Sundahar Konda would be free, then I was billed $314. I have tried calling ARC billing, ARC customer service, etc. Each time, after a long wait, I was told that they would check with the physician's office and get back to me within either a week, three days, or "very soon," and I never heard anything. I have begun to realize that ARC is a deeply unethical organization that is focused on extracting the maximum amount of money from patients while hiding behind layers of clueless staff answering phones and promising return calls. They realize that if they just keep sending out the same bill and making it impossible for you to speak with them, eventually you will break down and pay, because you want the problem to go away so you can get on with your life.
