There were a lot of employees doing a lot of nothing in this store. I was helped promptly but most employees were busy watching tv or playing on phones. My first two visits were frustrating as no one seemed to know what they were doing. Very young employees that seemed annoyed by my presence. After two trips in my issues were still not resolved but on 3rd visit a young man named Tyler was very helpful and did all he could to make sure I was taken care of. I have nothing against young people but this group did not seem as interested in customer service as most AT&T reps I have dealt with at my Joplin MO store. But the end result was just fine and that’s what matters.

I recently upgraded my phone at this location, and the process went so smoothly. The reps were very knowledgeable about the product and it was the quickest phone swap ive ever had!! i’m definitely coming back the next time I am upgrade eligible.

If you ever need anything ask for Tesla, she is absolutely amazing and such a wonderful person with astounding customer service. Best experience ever, stressed over my bill and she helped me get a laugh and crack a smile. 100% amazing 5/5 stars. Thank you Tesla!!

We are supposed to have an unlimited data usage. That is what we were told when we signed up. It is even mentioned in the agreement. However, almost every month we get a message telling us how much data we used and how much remains.. See the screen shot. Even though we nevever exceed the upper limits, usually the net slowdown at the end of the month.

I brought back an Apple Watch I had purchased from this location... the unit was never activated and the original packaging was never opened and seals never broken, yet the still charged me the full 50.00 restocking fee..... with the amount of business and service we pay for on a monthly basis to AT&T I was extremely upset at this.... we spend between 400.00 and 500.00 dollars a month with AT&T and for this associate and location to choose to charge me a 50.00 restocking fee on an iwatch that had never been touched and purchased only 2 weeks prior is not good customer service nor appreciation. They could have waived that restocking fee had they felt the need to do so. Extremely disappointed!

Why does this place exist they do nothing. They treat you like your the problem. We pay money for this, we actually pay these people to entrap us in a scam then act like we are the problem. I don't understand why this is still a company? We are paying for a phone prison.

I went to this ATT store after having my identity stolen and my phone wiped clean. I was needing to retrieve everything I lost after the phone reset. I was distraught with all that had happened and at my wit's end. Natasha saved both me and my phone. She reinstalled facebook, which had been hacked, along with a number of other apps and functions. She recovered them all. She was patient with me, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel like she actually cared about me and my situation. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She was the best customer service rep I have dealt with.

When I walked in the AT&T store in Leander, Jackie was ready to assist me. She listened and knew immediately what was wrong. She knew her stuff!! I was so happy she was able to help me. I've been to the AT&T store many times and never felt the way I did at the Leander store. Thank you Jackie!!

I had a great experience at this ATT store. I opted for this location after checking the ratings of the other 2 closest stores, and decided to go with this one as it had the best reviews. I can confirm that this is the place to go, and Natasha did a great job of getting me hooked up with the new service I was needing and was able to lower my bill on existing service. I always dread dealing with cell providers, but this was a nice change of pace. This will be my one stop shop for everything call related going forward. Thank you!

Do not do business with these people. Also AT&T in general is a terrible company. I came from T mobil. I had 2 lines and internet for $160. This store said I could have roughly the same from AT&T but better quality. HOWEVER The plan they put me on was the wrong plan, and my bill was between $250-$350 every month. This store did not provide me with a copy of my contract and differed all responsibility to AT&T customer service. They refused to take back their device, cancel the plan, or any other reasonable accommodation. Once you sign they are free to screw you as much as they want, with impunity.
