Took a couple of power tools to them to trouble shoot. Dropped them off and less than 3 hours later, the equipment was ready to be picked up!!! The staff was very knowledgeable and professional in assessing my needs. I am a customer for life!!!

Why couldn’t I find this shop sooner!? These guys are great. They took time to diagnose a problem that had me baffled. Right then, right there, just after meeting me for the first time. -awesome!Besides getting help for a unique problem, they had enough staff and inventory to get my entire fleet of saws updated with bars and chains (same day).My new favorite shop for sure

Took them a chainsaw that failed to start for the first time in 10 years. Paid $112 for work. Got it home and it still won't start. The proof is in the pudding as they say. I should read the reviews before I engaged them.

This so called business is nothing but scammers, I placed an order with them and was told that the part was in stock from their supplier and it would be here in a week, well I called a week later and was told it would be here the next day. I called 3 days later and was told it would be there the next day, so I called the next day and was told the part was on back order.. Not a good way of doing business.. They was supposed to put my refund back on my card and have not done it yet.. The manager is very arrogant and will not be doing business with this so called company. Terrible experience..

Best place around town for the equipment to get your yards or commercial properties lookin great. Big thanks to Javier behind the counter for putting me in the right direction after I purchased the wrong saw parts prior. Highly recommended for all residential or commercial jobs!

Well now I know why they have such a bad review here. I have gotten work from them before and I guess I got to give them credit for fixing an item but you are only as good as your experiences and so my second time here to come and pick up an item, I waited 10 minutes until I just walked out. I walked in to pick up an item that they called me and told me it is ready. I walk in and a guy had just jumped out of his truck right before me so unfortunately he gets to be first, the guy at the counter says I'll be with you while he's working with someone else, because of smartphones yes I can let the 8 minutes, the 9 minutes past and then I look down and realize I am at 10 minutes plus. Now they didn't say anything to me during that time, like hey another minute. So I left and I will come back and pick up my chainsaw but this is ridiculous. Here's what you got to do when it comes to customer service if you guys really care about your Google and your Yelp review rating, if the customer you are helping has taken 10 minutes and you think that it is going to take longer, address me and find out what it is that I need perhaps mine will take 30 seconds, take the $18 that I owe you, give me my chainsaw and get me out of there. Focusing in on just the one customer in front of you allows this review, allows my situation to happen. I did hear other people in the back and the guy at front at a minimum should have called for help. I've worked across different industries and customer service has been included in that I can tell you if you told a customer who saw me waiting for 10 minutes behind them, give me a couple seconds to get this guy out of here and then we will finish with you especially since it looks like yours may take another 10 or 15 minutes. That did not happen, no I don't want to talk to a manager you guys don't have to try to reach out to me after the fact, you already know that your Yelp rating is a one star I'm pretty sure you should work to improve that and this kind of thing would not happen.

Brought my Echo in for a tune up and was charged $190. No one called to let me know that it would be an additional $140 after paying my $50 deposit. I was told when I brought it in that the cost would be around $80-90 including my $50 deposit. They should have called to let me know what the cost would be and the work that needed to be done. I would not have approved the work is why they did not call. They called to let me know it was ready and then you get the surprise price once you get there. I could have bought a new Echo weed eater from them for another $50. The kicker is I have been coming here for years. Never again. A new owner has taken over and he lost a long time customer. I will purchase my equipment from another supply house. All they had to do was let me know what needed to be done and whether I authorized the work or not. Not happy and was over charged. $190 for a tune up on a weed eater? Buyer beware.

Update 8/19: Credit where due. These folks called me right away and offered to make this right. Very professional of them to take initiative and ownership. I'll definitely give them another shot. --Brought in 3 items for repair about 12 mos ago. Got 2 back pretty quick (~4 weeks) with good repairs. The 3rd item I was told had a part on back order. Trimmer that would pull, but never start. I called about 6 mos later and told parts still on backorder. Seemed plausible due to random covid shortages and supply chain issues. Called again today and was told the engine was seized, not worth repairing and the item disposed of. They said that they attempted to call but couldn't get in touch with me. Strange since they found my records using my phone number, and all previous visits to the store - when repairs could be completed - the same phone number was successfully texted and called. I'd say if you go, only take 1 item at a time.
