It’s 1:30 am on Saturday morning. I see the buy one get one for $1. He tries to charge me $6. I told him about the deal, he said I have to choose two candy bars on the same sign. So I do. Same amount requested. I walk back to the candy isle and grab the other sign. He tries to give me the same excuse. I said I’m not buying it and I want the candy I asked for. Without a pause or hesitation suddenly the candy was charged correctly. He wouldn’t make eye contact. I said “I’m not that stupid you know”. He wouldn’t look up

Absolutely filthy. The only sanitary aspect of this place was the fact that the restroom had two soap dispensers...it was like they knew how nasty you'd be after walking into their establishment.

This store had an xact air pump that had the airline cut but no out of order sign posted so i paid for the machine assuming it was in order but after paying and picking up the hose we then saw it had been cut. Went inside to ask for a service phone number for a refund and was met by an extremely rude associate who refused to give us a phone number or in store credit and said it wasnt 7/11s problem. Her name was shantia and she really needs to be written up or fired. You dont talk to customers like this and its the first time ive ever felt compelled to complain to a company like this and leave a bad google review.

I was going to stop at the grocery store to get something to drink for thought. Hey 7-Eleven is right here. Why don't I stop? Went inside. They had a small big gulp on sale. There was a cup that was a bit larger next to it, that's a big gulp as well that was slightly larger. No notation on what size cup was on sale other than being a big goal. I thought well, it's super hot, I'm super thirsty. I'll go for the larger one. It appeared to be $1.49. When I got to the register guess what?! It was a buck 89. I asked her how she got a buck 89 out of $1.49 drink? She said the other ones on sale. I said I know the other ones on sale but this one is supposed to be $1.49 so how did you get $1.89 out of $1.49? She stuck her hand out and asked for the dollar 89 I should've left the cup on the counter and walked out. What do you do when you've already taken a sip from it?

Don't get me wrong the overall service wasn't bad at all. The cashier was a cool and helpful, however after just spending $25 bucks on these headphones to have them not turn on, charge, pair, or work in any way whatsoever does have me a little irritated especially as whatever number they have posted is either incorrect or they just aren't answering. Personally I'd feel a refund or being able to exchange for another pair and assuring they work before leaving would be fair to say the least, no?

And the award for most disgusting & unsanitary restroom goes to THIS place. If you're about to have an "emergency" & need "to go" really bad- don't waste your bladder wait time & SKIP this place. Trust me when I say, "You wouldn't even want to "hover".

This lady should be fired…. She disregard the Service animal sign on the front door. When I walked in, she told me I couldn’t bring my animal inside. I explained to her I have the paperwork on my dog as a service animal and that there is a sign on their door saying service animals are welcomed. I walked to the atm to get some money off my card. She came to the atm and tried to push me from the ATM but my money was dispensing at that point. I walked out and she followed me to my car telling me she called the police. I put my dog in the car and tried to get her name. She quickly ran back into the store where I took this picture. Once the police arrived I told them she did push me but they wouldn’t let the police review the cameras so, I couldn’t press charges. She got me a no trespassing citation. Please do not go to this location!!!!

The bathroom looks like a horror movie scene. I went to use it in the AM and it looked like it hadn’t been even wiped down in at least a week. Dirt covered the toilet and sink and trash can, the mirror was so dirty that there were happy faces drawn on it, and all of the call was cracked with yellow, orange, and brown stains. So gross!

Today is Saturday, July 9, 2022. Its extremely hot- 107!! I tried to purchase a cold drink at the Bagdad location at 2:30PM. Since I had just come from the veterinarian office I had my pup with me. My little dog is young - 10 weeks, and small - 6 lbs. I planned to carry her in with me- for two reasons: 1) IT IS HOT! 2) The store was busy, so I may be in line for a bit. I took one step into the store, and the cashier (middle age- black shoulder length hair) screamed at me to take my dog out. I looked at her funny cuz I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I said to her- it’s 107 outside, my dog is very small and I don’t plan on putting her down inside the store. Nope- you cannot bring her in unless she is a service dog! What? This is absolute baloney. I would never leave her in a hot car- not for one minute! Where is the friendliness- the compassion for people/animals? So I left and went to Cefco- the lady inside Cefco was extremely nice. Allowed me and my pup inside- no issues, and no questions asked. I will NEVER go back to 7 Eleven again. NEVER!!

I come here almost everyday day early morning because of location when leaving for work. For over a year now at least. I've never had a conversation with any of the employees. They seem very standoffish and never really engage past what's necessary. The restroom is gross and there is always trash outside. As a long term customer I can only say the owner doesn't seem to care about the stores image to the community. It's like they make money so why bother kind of thing..

If you need gas and a pit stop to use the restroom. Your best bet is to continue to the next gas station. Restroom was one of the worst I've seen in a long while. Urine in the toilet, p*** all over the rim and urine. The sinks pipes underneath were leaking so bad they had a bucket under there that was full and spewing over. And the smell was ungodly.

The lady Shanti is very rude no customer service at all she needs to be fired I went In there to pick up a door dash order and she told me she was not giving me the order and told me leave and that she would call the cops she is very rude hate people like that SHE REALLY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ASAP

The lady who is 60+ is always there, not sure if she’s the owner of this location. She’s absolutely rude and treats people trashy. She has no clue what she is doing. If she’s not the owner, the fanchine owner should talk to her how to work. She has a mean face, when the store is busy she can’t do multiple tasks and she’s mad at the customer who asked questions. The owner should hire someone else who knows how to speak and handle situations.I read the reviews of a couple of places about this location, so I am not alone who believe this lady is trash and rude. She doesn't understand how to socialize with people and was uneducated?

Shanti or Melee whoever is the60+ female clerk yelling at customers, super rude, overcharging customers and some were accusing her of taking their money. She said she had been there 8-9 years and she is not afraid of anyone even corporate.When people question being overcharged when they were trying to use 7-11 rewards she took the food and drink away and yelled at them to get out and go to another 7-11. She can’t seem to handle multiple customers or use the app or rewards. She was screaming at every customer while I was there and even cursed one out. This is inappropriate behavior.She seemed like she got nervous when she didn’t give the customer back his change. Is she pocketing it?
