Im from Houston Tx up here on vacation. Started feeling bad running a fever and had to find a clinic close by. When we got there they took me in right away and saw me. The nurse was so nice to me and made me feel at home. They gave me an antibiotic before I left on hand at thier location. Upper respiratory infection. I'm blown away how good this clinic was!! Highly recommend

My child was taken in to be examined and for testing to see the cause of his fever, throat pain and headache. He was recently exposed to COVID. We wanted him to tested to confirm or deny that that was the cause of his symptoms. Just because he is sick and exposed doesn’t 100% confirm he has it without testing. I wanted him checked for flu, COVID and strep and the provider refused. In my opinion that is poor patient care. Hopefully moving forward if a patient wants testing to confirm or deny diagnosis they aren’t disregarded.

If you have posted hours that you’re open till 5 PM then your doctors, nurses, and staff need to be there until 5 PM!!!My wife is at home alone the 11 month old Who started to run 103+ temperature. She ran down to the clinic for help and she was told that they can see her because everyone and left early.Now I’m not saying that she wouldn’t have had to of gone to the emergency room or urgent care anyways, but when an infant runs a high temperature like that and my wife makes it to the clinic before you close and they’re gone and you can’t help that could’ve been really bad!Even another community member had walked in at the same time and started that was ridiculous that nobody could at least check her lungs to see if she’s breathing properly!You’re there to serve the community in a rural area till 5…then be there!

If they had an employee of year, I would vote for "Rhonda". I've known her for 4 years now and she is the best employee I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She has gone the extra mile more times than I can remember. She is a pearl of great price and deserves every bonus, raise, kudos that can be given!
