Called the 1800 number and nothing but Indians this world is done for they are the number 1 scammer in the world why would I share any information with them Xfinity there are tons of American people who would love a easy a/c office job start hiring your own people this is outrageous and unprofessional never had this issue with Verizon so definitely moving back to them.

If you purchase a phone online or through the customer service telephone line they will do absolutely nothing to help you and turn you away.

Customer service much? NOPE. Just needed a setting adjustment on phone. One staff member could barely be bothered to look up from his phone. When he had no choice but to try and assist, he immediately dismissed situation to feign us off to cell phone repair store stating they don't phone repairs. Phone wasn't broken just needed a reset. Neither staff member could figure out how to power off IPhone 12. I finally reset it myself. Point is they had an easy customer service opportunity with a Comcast-Xfinity client of 30 years and they blew it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Xfinity location due to the behavior of the manager. When I attempted to pick up my modem, the black female manager was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Her demeanor felt outright discriminatory. Despite my repeated attempts to explain my situation, she refused to assist me.
In stark contrast, when I visited another Xfinity location, the staff was exceptionally friendly and promptly provided me with my modem without any issues. It's disheartening to see such a disparity in customer service between locations. I hope Xfinity addresses this issue to ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

I went to the store on May 25th with a problem I was having with my phone. The message popped up "no sim card emergency calls only" I was told by a quite smug young lady that that was a problem with the the system and they are trying to fix it. I explained that my son's phone worked fine and her response was "it didn't affect everyone. " I asked to get that it writing so I could contact xfinity and get a credit for the lack of use of my phone because she said they wouldn't have it fixed for a few days. The Manager got involved and told me she "ain't putting nothing in writing and if I have a problem with that, to call the President" I left, called xfinity customer service. They had me run a couple of tests on my phone and told me to go to an xfinity store of my choice and pick up a new sim card. I went to the store off of Bay Area Blvd they handed me the new sim and my phone was fixed. Kudos to the Bay Area Blvd store. The league city store, well, you can decide for yourself. That store is a waste of time and I can't believe the manager is in that position.

David was extremely patient and helpful. We had no idea what we were doing and ended up having to come in twice, but David made the process as easy as it could be. He even worked through his lunch break to ensure we were taken care of.

I have visited this Xfinity store many times. I was there today. I was very impressed by the service I received from Ms. Anne F. and the assistant manager Ms. Ariene W. I find this store very well managed and staff. I was treated like a valued Xfinity customer. Fantastic store with fantastic service.

They charge way to much for using the phone outside the USA! I paid over $200 for 3 days in Mexico with a plan not even AT&T charge me never that much!!
They charge a lot if you go to Mexico! For 3 days in Mexico they charged me $200 plus extra for the month! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL I TOTALLY REGRET IT
