I stepped into this location to resolve an issue, although the staff cannot resolve the issue, I was able to get alternate results. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

This bank is trash and so are the employees, all rude and don’t care to help anyone. You’ll be better off keeping your money in a mattress.

I went to this location to open up a bank account and I initially worked with Angelica Salazar. She was extremely rude and condescending the entire experience, She spoke to me as if I was incapable of opening a bank account as if I was broke it was such an uncomfortable experience. She was also passive aggressive and short instead of explaining the process I had to ask soo many questions with a little response back and she would respond as if I was stupid. She snatched the charger I was using from my phone once I asked to work with someone else then proceeded to mean mug me when I left.... how unprofessional and nasty. Awful experience

Worst customer service at this branch,Went to get change in bills as I forgot my complete wallet but i had my WF app, account number my dl number they didn’t give me any coz I didn’t have physically with me.

Went in after i opened the account online&they said they couldn't give me my money because my ID was expired, i have the acct obliviously&i opened it up online with the same ID... I can't have my money ? i hope they have different tellers now

In line for 30 mins with a line put the door still after they are closed. One lady was waiting in the lobby since I’ve been here and the banker came up to tell her she doesn’t have time to open her checking account today and that they can make an appointment for next week. Another gentleman walked in 10 mins before closing and stated he lost his wallet but was referred to the 800 number or to come back. If you’re going to close branches all around at least have the proper staff to assist as I’m sure your employees don’t appreciate it either. Time

I called the 800 number to get information information on how to get Mexican pesos because I was traveling to Mexico.... I was on hold for over 15 minutes, I tried league city, and wells fargo on 646 .Still no cooperation no one would answer the phone I have now closed to my account and I'm going to Bank of America.Combined 35 minutes of my day wasted..
