I dont understand who the so called owner is who responds to either complaints of compliments.
I think the manager of this branch could do with a little more costumer friendly training interactions. I did not feel confortable on either occasion of meeting with him. Next time, he is dismissive and curt with of me I will inform him that I won't accepts such an attitude from him.
The banker of this branch, I did my business is a fine lady. Seems to me that she is the backbone of this branch. I would have removed my account from Wells Fargo, but for her professionalism.

Broken ATM. Did not give us our funds as requested and had to contact emergency services because card was stuck. How about you fix your machine since the other two locations are broken as well

Broken ATM DOESN'T DISPENSE the funds requested, the ATM drawer was stuck shut and had to get into contact with emergency services because YOUR ATM took my money and reported that we received the funds which we DID NOT.Banks have the financial stability to cater to the needs of the company and it's property. FIX YOUR BUILDING AND ATM

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this branch, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts, particularly regarding my interactions with the branch manager, Jason. This is not the first time I've had an encounter with him, and my past experiences have not been positive either. Given this, I intentionally avoid this branch as often as possible, but circumstances led me to revisit it.During my recent visit, I needed to cash some checks for my business account. Unfortunately, I was dealing with an ongoing issue where a merchant had overcharged my account numerous times over the past week. The matter was being investigated by the claims department, and as a result, my account was significantly overdrawn. I had multiple checks from my vendors that required processing, and I urgently needed access to my funds.I understand that, due to the ongoing claims investigation, there were limitations on what the bank could do to address my situation. However, I was shocked by Jason's recommendation when I approached him for assistance. He suggested that I reach out to friends and family for financial support, which struck me as an inadequate and insensitive response to my predicament.As I turned away from the conversation, Jason raised his voice and yelled through the window, wishing me a "wonderful day." This display of loud, condescending, and passive-aggressive behavior was unbecoming of a branch manager and left me feeling disheartened and frustrated.It's deeply disappointing to see such behavior from a branch manager, especially when considering the other negative reviews and my previous experiences with Jason. It appears that this recurring issue needs urgent attention and resolution. The bank's staff and customers deserve a more respectful and professional environment, and I sincerely hope that steps are taken to address and rectify this situation promptly.

Don't bank with Wells Fargo and don't use you this location if you can't leave wells fargo. They are poorly trained and when caught in lies they do nothing to fix the issues. They don't even understand their basic policies and procedures. Their incompetence cost me $500 because they don't understand the difference between a Direct Deposit and standard ACH transaction. I had multiple issues with this location including the manager. Even when I went into this location to close the accounts they couldn't even do that correctly. There was one lady there who was very nice but everyone else there was terrible. .

Bank is OK, but why isn't this branch open on Saturdays anymore? No notice or anything, just closed. Saturday is when many folks are off to go to the bank.

Branch manager was lied to by her on bossThe district manager lied to her.I had and issue with Jason the manager of the league city branch be careful what you say to this guy he will accused you and you family of all kinds of things. Also he is not educated in the banking process that wells Fargo has available.So I went to this branch to close my accountAnd was still lied toThis is a reflection of bad management both branch and districtI ask that someone please look into thisUnbelievable they call me about this and was not concerned about itSaid it would take two weeks before they could review the issueI had to close my account And find another bankThese people are unbelievableNo concern for the costumers

If you are looking for a good branch, don't go here. The branch manager is as shady as they come. I went in January because I was looking for a safety deposit box. I was told to come back at the end of the month. I went back and I was told that due to Covid, they were not able to get anyone out to drill the locks on the boxes, but to keep checking back. They were closed two days in a row due to an emergency, but I continue to check back. My fifth and final time there, I was told that there were 15 boxes that needed the locks drilled out, but policy had changed on asking for work requests. I contacted Wells Fargo and someone one the corporate office supposedly went out there and they were told that there were no boxes. As long as I've banked with Wells Fargo, I have never been called a liar. I sent an e-mail to the person who said that there were no boxes and I asked them why would I make this up? They backed the manager and NEVER responded. League City would be a lot better off if they tore down this branch and built a Starbucks.

Absolutely horrible! We have our personal and business account through Wells Fargo. You’d think they would want our business. It was 4:54pm when we got in line at the window. At 5:01 when we got to the window we were told “We’re Closed!” They knew we were waiting in line. The open sign was green. Refused to let us put our checks in the bank and were very rude about it as well. I’ve actually have never had good customer care at this location. This isn’t the first time I’ve been treated terribly. I will be switching banks Monday.
