This place sucks. I have been waiting all day for meds. The computer is down so they can't give people medicine? Bull. Give us our meds and you deal with the loss.

I had a great experience shopping here at this location. They've got some very good finds for some Holiday gifts here. The Manager Shelvin is an amazing lady. She truly was so helpful. She seems to really care about her store, her co-workers, and especially making sure her customers are happy and finding what they need. She was extremely helpful and I couldn't have been more grateful & thankful for her help. She was also the one to approach me to see if I was finding things ok and to let her know if I needed anything. She was most helpful and it was one of the best Customer Service experiences I've had with a Store Manager. Given the time of the night, she along with her coworkers NaShay & Elijah were extremely patient and very efficient with end of night preparations while handling my purchases and closing up shop.The Store Manager there named Shelvin definitely deserves to be recognized for her sincere efforts. I had a great shopping experience with her help and I am just super happy she approached me. Thank you Shelvin & NaShay for your dedication to making your customers happy ?

I have to start out by saying, the only reason why I'm giving Walgreens 2 stars is because of the employees that work the front register. They are always friendly. If I was rating the pharmacy I would give them a O star rating. The pharmacy doesn't open on time. I have had to wait almost 1 hr in the morning past their opening hours to pick up my prescriptions. On Friday this past week when I was in the drive through line to pick up my prescriptions, after pulling up to the window, they shut the meal door in my face. I arrived about 10 min prior to closing and waited in line for them to finish with the car in front of me. When I pulled up after he drove off they looked at me, didn't say a word and just closed the metal door in my face. I honked the horn they didn't respond. I looked at my clock, it was 6:01. They close at 6. It didn't matter that I was in line 10 minutes prior. If I was in line inside the store 10 minutes prior, would they have refused to give me my prescriptions at 6:01? I have never experienced such blatant disregard to common decency. If my insurance didn't make me use Walgreens Pharmacy, I wouldn't.

Very sad! I've used Walgreens for 25+ years and this company needs to fire whoever is running this company. If it's the Board of Directors, they need to all be fired as well. It is being run like Biden is running the country. Such a shame. I've noticed in the last 1.5 years it's really gone down. You need to take a look at other companies that allowed management to make such horrible decisions that allowed companies to fall so far from great to pathetic! The stores are dirty, employees are rude, the pharmacy is a joke (never have the drugs in stock), changed the points system and hours. Go back to how you started to rescue the company from destruction! I will be changing and never shopping there again. It wasn't just one thing that made me want to leave. I bet the people running this company are connected to the politicians that are stealing from the American people. Very sad world we are living in today. This review is not written for just one location as I have tried several and it's all the same. All out of same playbook. Grossly neglected!

I've been a regular pharmacy customer for many years and hadn't had any issues until today. The pharmacy technician GRACE was very rude, does not know how to actively listen to the customers needs/situation, and demonstrates a reactive attitude with rude tone of voice when she was looking for my prescription. She definitely can benefit from customer service training and emotional control therapy to handle her emotions better and demonstrate a more friendly and positive attitude at work.

Walgreens Pharmacy in League City on 96 IS THE WORST! They are extremely rude (especially Arial the tech) disorganized, controversial, and apathetic. I was very ill, and my doctor sent my medication to this pharmacy since it was close. The tech took my prescription and my insurance card, then told me to come back to pick up my medication in 30 to 45 min. I returned after 50min. They told me that my medication was not ready and that my insurance did not cover the medication. I asked them why they did not tell me this ahead of time and why was medication ready. Ariel, the tech, cut me off and told me that I had to pay for the medication first before they put it together. I told her that I have never experienced that before. She told me that I have to pay cash now, so that they can prepare my medication. She was very rude and abrupt with me. I want to go to a different pharmacy, but I was in so much pain that I went on and paid for my medication. I highly DO NOT recommend this pharmacy. Very poor service and rude staff do not deserve anyones money. I will NOT Return to this Pharmacy and I will tell my fam to switch pharmacies.

If I could give a ZERO star and it count I would! The absolute worst customer service! Store manager is terrible! Rosemary the pharmacist is argumentative, Grace the assistant in the pharmacy refused to take insurance update over phone and the manager on duty Ashley is unprofessional.Says a lot about how the district in Friendswood and surrounding is run!Do yourself a favor and go to the Calder store! Professional and always happy to help!

Just went through the pharmacy drive through and the technician just gave my family the wrong medication for a completed different person. Didn't verify it was my mothers and ran the credit card for the medication. As a previous technician she should be on probation for some mess like this. If we hadn't double looked it could have been incredibly bad as the medication given to us would have had a severe reaction for my mother. Damn shame.

Terrible customer service both in the store and the pharmacy! Recently shopped in-store. When I went to check out, the only employee in sight was at the photo counter right next to the main registers. As I waited 5+ minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence, 3 employees walked right past me, clearly saw I was standing there waiting to be checked out, walked within 1 foot of me, completely ignored me, and proceeded to move around merchandise on the shelves. They weren't even re-stocking anything. Finally, another customer came in line behind me and the employee at the photo counter asked HIM if he was ready to check out. He then pointed to me and said "she needs to be checked out first." I said that I had been waiting for over 5 minutes to which she said nothing. In fact she said nothing to me at all! Just scanned my items slow as molasses and shoved the bags in my direction. No have a nice day, sorry for the wait. This location is in dire need of some customer service training! That particular employee should not be working in the front of the store with customers. As far as the pharmacy is concerned..... I don't even know where to start with that mess. When you fill on the app the store NEVER has it ready the same day the app says. They don't call and tell you if they don't have your med in stock and have to order it. They tell you when you finally call to see why your prescription is still showing as in-progress after 4 days. I am consistently told thats its too early to fill my prescription even though its not. I was once told over the phone my prescription would be ready the next day. When I went to pick it up I was told they can't fill it for 5 more days because its "too early". No phone call, no text message, no email. The entire store sucks!! Unfortunately I have to fill at Walgreens because they carry the generic brand that works best for me. I would change to another location but they ALL have terrible reviews.
