Went to the South Shore Harbor store this morning at 8:26, was told they weren’t open yet even though the doors were unlocked. What? Your hours posted at the door say 8:00am. Sorry your employees can’t seem to make it in on time. Speaking of employees, why do they get to park next to the front door? Shouldn’t that be for paying customers? Yes, I mean you gold Impala and the blue car.

Walgreens pharmacy on Marina Bay Drive is a wonderful pharmacy. Thanks to Patrice the pharmacist. Not only is she professional but she listens to your questions and needs.Thanks Patrice for being so awesome. And thanks to Walgreens for hiring great pharmacists!

No Privacy! When I went to collect a prescription, I know everyone in line could hear everything. This is unacceptable. Confidentiality is law, yet the line area for the pharmacy is so compact there is no privacy.

I've been coming in every now and then for photos! Today just solidified why I'm taking my business else where. First let me preface there was no one in the store shopping. I came in uploaded 10 pics to be printed out, and it said that it would be done in 30 mins. Well okay, so I continue to walk around the store and wait and keep an eye on the photo counter where no employees were at. Then I finally see an employ go behind the counter and ask if my photos happen to be ready Her response has zero concern about time or actually doing work, and when she then does find my order says "it will be another 30 mins" with attitude cos I'm asking and it's like oh now she has to work. Sooo very annoyed and not accounting for anyone's time- which now a days time is money. Im waiting even longer- even though the computer quoted me at a 30 min wait time. It's the in-sincereness to get people in and out and work here- it's like moving quickly here is a joke.

I'm so sick of this place. They screw up my prescription refills regularly. They're inefficient and slow and the pharmacy manager has an attitude. The final straw today was when I showed up at 1220 for a prescription that they said would be ready at 11:50 AM. They told me it wasn't ready and I needed to wait 15 minutes. That was 1230 after waiting 10 minutes for them to take care of the 2 cars in front of me. I waited 15 minutes and drove back up to the drive through window and it still wasn't ready. I asked to speak with the pharmacy manager and she just took an attitude from the beginning. She even threatened to withhold my medication because I was yelling at her. She had the gall to tell me I had taken up 5 minutes of her time. I said they had taken up far more of my time. I asked her if her time is more important than mine. She seemed to think so. I'm going to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. Incompetence and poor customer service is no way to run a business. Look at all the bad reviews talking about customer service. I'm not alone. What's truly pathetic is how long this situation has been allowed to fester. Michael S. Gorback, MD Licensed physician for over 4 decades and well acquainted with pharmacists. I have had the same problem with the pharmacy not only "not receiving" multiple prescriptions but also deleting my prescriptions out of the system. I went to refill a prescription, they said there were no more refills. I contacted my PCP and she said I had 6 more refills. After much back and forth, she wrote another prescription for a years worth. I went to get my medicine again and they said they didn't have it. Uggh. Then on another prescription, i refilled it on their website. I had 4 refills left. I never received notification it was ready so I went to Walgreens and they had deleted my prescription out of the system. I tried explaining I had refills (4) left but they had deleted the entire medication out of the system. Also, their website seems to be having issues. In the past, you could toggle auto refill on/off. While this feature is there, it doesn't work (I'm talking about prescriptions with refilled left). Also, when you try to refill on-line, it spins forever before kicking you out. This location used to be great; I've been going here for 12 years. It maybe time to switch pharmacies.

Ridiculous sitting in the Drive-Thru Lane right now for over 30 minutes. Not the first time this is very normal. Not sure when it will be my turn. They need to improve their Pharmacy service. I had to come back and add to this. Even when you get to the window they pretend like they don't see you. I've now been at the window for 11 minutes. This will be my last prescription I ever pick up from Walgreens.

I am very disappointed with pharmacy at Marina Bay Drive location. My insurance has it for my pharmacy or I would go somewhere else. I recently had surgery and my doctor insisted that he had sent order for medications to this pharmacy. My husband went three times and they stated that they had not received the order. I was finally able to talk to someone after being put on hold and asked about the prescription ONCE again and they stated that they did not have an order for it and refused to contact my surgeon since it was a pain medication for my post-op. The person was rude and uncaring........cares about the patient? I think not. Very disappointing.......get some customer service training.......people don't go to the pharmacy cause they're having a good time.

Don't use this one...at all! They will say that your prescription is ready and it's not. Plus they will HOLD your script saying that insurance requires a pre-auth, that they faxed the request but won't follow up till you come to pick up and low and behold they don't have it!

Nice workers at front of store. Cheers to them. They greet you when you come in.But pharmacy workers, are super rude with bad attitude. Sad that kemah Walgreens closed down, never had an issue with them..they should change their attitude towards their customers!
