I’d give it 0 stars if I could. They denied me a very important prescription and so I won’t have enough before I go back to the doctor. If you want really horrible service with even more meaning that’s just unacceptable. Go to this Walgreens sit in line for five days and then get yelled at because of their error. It would avoid this like the plague. And their pharmacist manager or whoever it is that is over the pharmacy thinks she is god. Don’t go here!

When a hospital sends a heart attack patients meds to get filled, i suggest that you fill them. Not ask them if they think they will need them.

This location offers the added bonus of attitude free of any additional fees. Pharmacy staff who gets paid by Walgreens feels like they can be condescending and rude to the people that pay Walgreens. Strange way to treat the people that allow you to earn your check.

Went to the South Shore Harbor store this morning at 8:26, was told they weren’t open yet even though the doors were unlocked. What? Your hours posted at the door say 8:00am. Sorry your employees can’t seem to make it in on time. Speaking of employees, why do they get to park next to the front door? Shouldn’t that be for paying customers? Yes, I mean you gold Impala and the blue car.

Walgreens pharmacy on Marina Bay Drive is a wonderful pharmacy. Thanks to Patrice the pharmacist. Not only is she professional but she listens to your questions and needs.Thanks Patrice for being so awesome. And thanks to Walgreens for hiring great pharmacists!

I'm so sick of this place. They screw up my prescription refills regularly.They're inefficient and slow and the pharmacy manager has an attitude. The final straw today was when I showed up at 1220 for a prescription that they said would be ready at 11:50 AM. They told me it wasn't ready and I needed to wait 15 minutes. That was 1230 after waiting 15 minutes for them to take care of the 2 cars in front of me. I waited 15 minutes and drove back up to the drive through window and it still wasn't ready.I asked to speak with the pharmacy manager and she just took an attitude from the beginning.She even threatened to withhold my medication because I was yelling at her.She had the gall to tell me I had taken up 5 minutes of her time. I said they had taken up my time. I asked her if her time is more important than mine. She seemed to think so.I'm going to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. Incompetence and poor customer service is no way to run a business.Look at all the bad reviews talking about customer service. I'm not alone.Michael S. I'm a heavy hitter at the pharmacy. I've never had an issue. They are fast and efficient.I have had to change my star rating. Not sure what is going on but it took 3 days to fill a simple prescription. They only did it when I showed up in person.

Ridiculous sitting in the Drive-Thru Lane right now for over 30 minutes. Not the first time this is very normal. Not sure when it will be my turn. They need to improve their Pharmacy service. I had to come back and add to this. Even when you get to the window they pretend like they don't see you. I've now been at the window for 11 minutes. This will be my last prescription I ever pick up from Walgreens.

I am very disappointed with pharmacy at Marina Bay Drive location. My insurance has it for my pharmacy or I would go somewhere else. I recently had surgery and my doctor insisted that he had sent order for medications to this pharmacy. My husband went three times and they stated that they had not received the order. I was finally able to talk to someone after being put on hold and asked about the prescription ONCE again and they stated that they did not have an order for it and refused to contact my surgeon since it was a pain medication for my post-op. The person was rude and uncaring........cares about the patient? I think not. Very disappointing.......get some customer service training.......people don't go to the pharmacy cause they're having a good time.
