Sabrina did an awesome job in taking care of the issues my wife and I had. We both got new prescriptions, selected what we liked, got fitted and paid. Point here: she was helping us as well as helping 4-5 other customers and still managing to focus and pay close attention to our needs and theirs as well. She was a one woman powerhouse that day since she was the only one working. Kudos to her. God bless her!

I came to the optometrist because my insurance has good frame coverage with vision works and i needed a new prescription. The optometrist was in my room for maybe about 7 minutes trying to correct my vision and basically gave up and said my eyes can’t be corrected but i need my eyes to work well for my job. i ended up going to elite vision care just down the road from here and the doctors there were very attentive and took their time prescribing my prescription and now i can see clearly with a new prescription. i wasted my money on this eye exam and i’m highly upset that the dr did not care enough to take time during an appointment.

Went back to Visionworks after a bad experience 2 years ago. COMPLETELY different experience, staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Sabrina went above and beyond. Sabrina was the most helpful vision sales associate I've ever met. I'd just come from my eye exam where I learned that I needed to be evaluated for cataract surgery. I was kinda freaked out and definitely wasn't sure if I should get computer glasses until I was ready for the evaluation or wait until I was evaluated, in the event I didn't need glasses at all. She talked me off the ledge (lol) and helped me determine I should see how long it would take to get the next dr appt before moving forward. She entered all my info so it would be in their system, no matter what path I took. I ended up not being able to get evaluated for a month, so I returned a few days later, and once more she was super helpful with my order and getting me squared away in some computer glasses to help me through until the next part of my eye care journey. Thank you Sabrina--for being all that and a bag of chips!

My husband picked out 2 pairs of frames as it was buy one get one free. We sat down with a tech to have them fitted and she asked which material he wanted for his lenses. The one in the middle said "includes elite non glare" so he wanted the middle one. The tech says it's not included, the sign is wrong, and it's an extra $50 or $100. So I said but its on your sign that it's included for free. Isnt that false advertising or bait and switch? Needless to say we left without buying anything. We will find another place.

Rude workers with annoyed tones not wanting to hear what us and another couple had to say about our insurance plans. My son broke his glasses and it was the first time this has ever happened. I knew I would be paying something because we opted out the insurance (again has never had an accident with any pairs) but the rep who we had to wait for to come out the back didn't seem to be interested in finding a balanced solution with us.Red flag 1. Waited 20mins for em to come out2. Didn't ask about our insurance plans3. First said the frames were back ordered then added discontinued.The only option was to get a whole new set of frames and glasses. Turned us down when we asked about just buying frames because the lenses are brand spanking new"Those lenses are made SPECIFICALLY for those frames" ? Is that why I bought the same frames online popped the lenses out and swapped em in without a problem? Said $179 but would do a discount for $149 smh I paid $40 for entire new set on line and $80 for the frames. $120 for two pairs for him now. Get your prescriptions and go to GlassesUSA instead. We won't be back to visionworks.

Placed order in person on 11/22 Tuesday.Paid extra $18 for expedited shipping and Saturday delivery.Did not receive contacts. Called on Monday 11/28 only to find out order never went through and shows still processing. Have to wait for manager to call me now. What happened to taking care of your customers? ALSO, if I get that canned and same generic response to email.your customer service ,blah blah, as you have duplicated on here, I'll go directly to your corporate office team.

Went in to get lenses for my frames. First time I was told to be almost $500 because they would not believe the website when I pulled up for My VSP coverage. So I had to get an email and print it out and show it to them and then it dropped down to 398 for cheap CR 39 lenses not polycarbonate. I told them that I had just been at America's. Best got polycarbonate lenses, transitions add-on and also anti-reflective and scratch resistant for $227 without insurance. I said this to them and she said oh well. Thank you and let me walk out the door. Terrible customer service. Very overpriced. Definitely shop around to their competitors.

I had issues with the manager young dark hair and eyes from the start she in my opinion isn't polite like her assistant was that took my measurements to fit my glasses first impressions are so true. I had picked up my glasses and showed my wife she said why are they high on 1 arm so I took them back in and the manager I am guessing she was with the dark hair would not adjust them completely she said she couldn't bend the arm at the end because it was to hard... so off I went I wore the for a few days and they would not stay up on my nose so I went back fearing I would have to deal with that lady and low and behold there was another manager on Tuesday thank you Jesus I didn't want to see her again they resolved my issue and I am a happy camper. Won't go there again if she is there.
