Lauren did an amazing job on my nails. I have been to another nail salon and they didn’t quite do a good job. Lauren graciously clean up their mess for me.

Asked for purple ombré nails. Showed the exact photo, offered to keep it up. I ended up with the ugliest $80 nails looks like a 2 year old painted them. I’ve had a couple bad experiences there. Last two times I have hated them. I’m not giving them another chance.

I have been here several times, and this was the first that I've ever had horrible results. I'm supposed to attend a Ball with these press on looking nails...... I'm immediately finding some place else and I will never be back here again. So sad because I used to love them.

I went in for a classic gel pedicure and was there for over 2 hours (I was seated right away too). I did need to get fake nails put on my big toe nails but it still shouldn’t have taken that long especially since the shape turned out terrible. She tried one technique which was literally putting acrylics over the 3/4’s of the way grown back nail and failed miserably then did powder and took an hour, and I ended up with thick blobs for big toes. She kept picking at my skin and irritating it really bad and I told her it’s fine and to stop and she said “I’m almost done” and she ended up breaking my skin open and having to put neosporin on it and told me to go home and do the same????

Husband and I got pedis today and we were so pleased! We just moved here and looking for a good place. They do far more than your average nail salon. Fixed my in grown toenail. Gave advise on nail care. All the staff was so nice and we laughed the entire time! No idea why bad reviews! It seemed like everyone in there was a regular. This will be our place now!

Google needs to add negative stars. This place has no idea what customer service is. I will not go back or recommend them to anyone. Wait for my chair for 15 minutes. Get my seat and the chairs are old and very uncomfortable. FYI you can warm 5 inches of ice cold ground water with 1 inch of hot water. Had to complain 3 times before she drained and started over. Still never got very hot. Then I got to sit there almost 20 minutes with no attempt at starting on me. Oh the warm water was COLD by the time I got up and walked out.
