Upgraded 2 lines of service in July 2023. 5 months later and still not receiving our promotional credits that were part of the upgrade process. First I stopped in the store to inquire and the store manager took my purchase receipt that they provided me at the time of my upgrade clearly showing the promotions I was supposed to receive. He promised to look into it and contact me within 24 hours to provide me feedback. Never heard a word. Next I contacted Verizon Customer support on Oct 15th, and was promised there were no worries that they would apply the promotions but it would take 4-6 weeks to appear on my bill. Will 8 weeks later still no sign of any progress. This will be my last contract with Verizon. My last upgrade 2.5 years ago was a very similar issue that took months of frustration and phone calls to resolve.

I preordered 2 iPhone 15 Pro Max's, one for me and one for my wife also got an iPad 9th gen to sweeten the deal. Elaina was absolutely fantastic. Working with her felt like we were family. I will never work with anyone else except her. Loyal Verizon customer for life.

Went in because I’m supposed to get ESPN free with my plan. But it’s not working. Tried calling customer service to no avail, so I went in thinking they could fix it. They were very nice and tried but still they couldn’t fix it. That’s why I must give Verizon 1 star because they promised this for me and got me to switch carriers and now I feel bait and switched.

Avoid this location because employees are unprofessional and Ghetto. The black lady working there with dreadlocks created a scene by talking loud and unprofessional. The manager on site Q didn’t do anything to stop the black lady from creating a hostile situation in front of customers.

I HAD to upgrade my phone! But, I didn’t expect such PISS POOR service. Every rep, including the “manager” had the worst disposition. Not helpful or remotely accommodating. They speak to you like they are talking to their homies on the corner. Couldn’t wait to leave. Pos Verizon. ———— Also, those responses that apologize for what happened ARE COMPUTER generated!!!!

Showed up at 5:55pm after work to purchase my daughter a cell phone. Was told to come back tomorrow when they are open because they close at 6pm. Hopefully they close this location because it is useless along with their employees. Will never use this location again and it is pointless to have a retail location that closes at at 6pm. Most people in America cannot make it by 6pm after work.
