Came in to get assistance with my phone. Waited several minutes and out of 4 employees not one even acknowledged me. The one that appeared to be the manager was just young on his keyboard and not even looking up when we said something. This is not the first time we have been to this location and experienced such poor customer service. Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. It’s like they don’t want to help at all.

Brian the manager should be ashamed of himself. Terribly managed store. Unprofessional and not customer service oriented for the amount of money I spend and the amount of time I have been a customer you would think they would care… they do not.

The first girl was rude and didn't get it done. Went back in and the guy got it right but, it didn't work because of the phone had a problem. So I don't recommend this place.

They sold me a business plan back on May 2023 for 4 free Google Pixel Pro line's I've been trying to get my credit for these lines and no one can help me.

Upgraded 2 lines of service in July 2023. 5 months later and still not receiving our promotional credits that were part of the upgrade process. First I stopped in the store to inquire and the store manager took my purchase receipt that they provided me at the time of my upgrade clearly showing the promotions I was supposed to receive. He promised to look into it and contact me within 24 hours to provide me feedback. Never heard a word. Next I contacted Verizon Customer support on Oct 15th, and was promised there were no worries that they would apply the promotions but it would take 4-6 weeks to appear on my bill. Will 8 weeks later still no sign of any progress. This will be my last contract with Verizon. My last upgrade 2.5 years ago was a very similar issue that took months of frustration and phone calls to resolve.

I preordered 2 iPhone 15 Pro Max's, one for me and one for my wife also got an iPad 9th gen to sweeten the deal. Elaina was absolutely fantastic. Working with her felt like we were family. I will never work with anyone else except her. Loyal Verizon customer for life.

Went in because I’m supposed to get ESPN free with my plan. But it’s not working. Tried calling customer service to no avail, so I went in thinking they could fix it. They were very nice and tried but still they couldn’t fix it. That’s why I must give Verizon 1 star because they promised this for me and got me to switch carriers and now I feel bait and switched.
