I preordered 2 iPhone 15 Pro Max's, one for me and one for my wife also got an iPad 9th gen to sweeten the deal. Elaina was absolutely fantastic. Working with her felt like we were family. I will never work with anyone else except her. Loyal Verizon customer for life.

I've been a customer for well over 20 years. Too long! I've paid them enough to put a gaggle of kids through college. This company absolutely sucks! They are ripping people off daily and getting away with it because those they are in bed with will protect them. Grossly overcharging and their service is lack luster at best. Drop calls, spam filter sucks, prices are outrageous and customer service is like watching Biden give a speech! It is a crying shame and I don't know how the Board of Directors can sleep at night. I hope their pockets are lined well while on earth, because money is the root of all evil.

I have been sitting, waiting for assistance for the past hour and the staff that are working here have no sense of urgency! They accidentally kicked a lady off the waiting list so they just took her immediately while many other people have been waiting. Now the man who works here is asking people the leave when they come in the door. If you are in need of a quick Verizon run, I DO NOT recommend this place!

As usual this store is closed up tight during open hours. Absolute disgrace of a Verizon store. Other locations are open and friendly and helpful but this one has gotten a very bad reputation. Obviously severely mismanaged..
