Made on line order with the League City store, took several days to recieve my order! They sent the wrong nicotine level. Called and spoke to 2-different employees and they both said "they would call me back!" It's been over a week and NO CALL BACK! I've called numerous times over the last week and the phone just rings and rings and rings! NOT customer focused!

I am not sure about all stores, but the League City store could use some help. I made a purchase of e-liquid in October. Got it home, opened it, filled a cartridge, and puked....NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED. We were in the process of moving 180 miles away. Went by and purchased two 120 ml. I am a dumba$$ who would have thought they would mix wrong again. I vacuum sealed each bottle and stored in the refrigerator, something I have done in the past. This took place in December 2023. In March of 2024, I opened one.....NASTY...WRONG MIX. Decided to try the remaining one...again...WRONG MIX. So out the money and not liquid. Did find some online, that is great. Thank you Vapor Sense for making me work to find what I wanted. GLR

I've been buying their house juice for the past 6 years because the flavors were great and it was easy on the coils. I bought a bottle of juice 2 weeks ago and asked for my usual nicotine strength. I noticed right away it seemed weak and after several hours I could tell I wasn't getting any nicotine at all. I checked the bottle label and it now says it uses a "botanical alternative" to nicotine. Not only can I not find much info at all on this ingredient or it's safety, I also feel lied to because nobody told me I wouldn't be getting any actual nicotine in the juice. Money wasted and I won't be coming back.

I have shopped here exclusively for years, but have lately become disenchanted with the chain. I have always used the same flavor, but they run out of it now on a regular basis. Their stock is declining. It is disappointing.

Can’t help but wonder if this location is closing down. Out of stock on my favorite juice for the past 3 months. Several flavor juices not available anymore. Hardly any vape products on the shelves. No ETA on when anything will be back in stock.I wish it wasn’t a scavenger hunt every time I need to get juice.Been a loyal customer since 2016.
