This has become my permanent location to get my disposable vapes from for so many reasons. First time I came in here was because they were the only people open that I could get a new vape after mine ran out, I was warmly greeted and immediately helped. They were knowledgeable, gave me useful info about a lawsuit against the brand I was using for illegal additives and recommended a different brand that I now love and they never steer me wrong when it comes to my indecisive self and picking a flavor. And if they're out of what I wanted, they always have a backup that I'm just as happy with

Normally I don’t have a problem with Vape City but this is just disappointing. Bought a disposable vape yesterday and they didn’t have the brand that I liked. I asked the guy which one do you recommend as an alternative with the same hit. Got home with the new one and it took a hit and nothing barely hit and didn’t feel a thing. Bought it back today and they said we can exchange it unless it’s broken or not hitting or if it’s burnt. The lady tried to apologize to me saying, “That one is not the best and it’s not one people like or the one I would have recommended.” I’ll have to find a better place to shop at that can get proper quality recommendations for alternative products.

Edit post: I keep reviewing this place, because they’re awesome! Last night I had the pleasure of meaning Ray and he was so helpful and kind! Knew a lot about vapes and other stuff from the store. Just wanted to give him a shout out. Thank you ray!This is such a great location! I just left and Michael helped me out! He was awesome and very informative!! I would recommend this for Kratom, vapes, pipes, and all your smoking needs! Very reasonably priced and great friendly people. Love the girls who work the day shift too!Definitely going to recommend this place to my friends.Thanks nicharl nd team!

This is the only vape shop I go to. It's always clean and shiny and very well stocked. Morgan is always so patient when i ask million questions and she is extremely knowledgeable.

Had a faulty vape from the baybrook mall location that wouldn’t work at all, they exchanged it with my receipts with no problems.
