There’s a reason that this post office gets low reviews. It’s their people. A gathering of some very special folks all under one roof it’s like a show. USpS lost a net $6.5 billion! It started here most likely.

I had the best experience getting my son’s passport this week. To be honest I was very nervous to come to this location due to all the bad reviews. Jerry was a very respectful and kind person during the entire process. I had an appointment and didn’t have to wait very long to get attended. Everything was done in a timely manner which is very important when you’re with a child. Thanks Jerry for the amazing service!!! FYI I never leave reviews but I really had to share my experience. You’re greatly appreciated for your help.

I moved to a new residence and paid for a mailbox key. Over a month later I still have not received the key to the mailbox. I put my mail on hold to pick up at the post office because I could not access the mailbox, and that request to hold my mail was not even processed. I have not received mail for over a month. This is the most mismanaged post office I have ever been to. If this was any ordinary business, they would have run themselves out of business. This place desperately needs new management.

LC post office is so unprofessional. Tracking marked my package”delivered to agent” on Jan 26. I’ve been looking for it for days, asking my apt complex office, and tried to get ahold of the post office to find my package. I finally got someone to answer, she got my info and said she would look for it and call me back, even confirmed my number. Never called me back. I called 4-5x that afternoon before closing and no answer. Next day I called 10x no answer so I had to physically go up there just to speak to someone. Even though my package was marked delivered at my address January 26, it was at sitting at the post office for 6 days and I never had a single notification, just told it’s been delivered to my house which it obviously wasn’t. It was such an unprofessional experience in every way possible, customer service is dead in every industry. Hire someone to answer your phones! Don’t mark things delivered to address when they haven’t been delivered!
