The multiple reviews are accurate concerning every employee at this UPS store being rude. Terrible customer service skills. Not sure how it is allowed to operate with UPS's name on it as it is a disgrace to the brand. The owner is aware of the repetitive issues with his employees and obviously has not done anything about it.

My second home for running shipments for my business. Best UPS Store in the area with great people. When I need help with things they adapt and work out a reasonable solution for pretty much everything. When there are peak crowds I know some people get impatient and may leave reviews that aren’t five stars but I’ve been there to see how they handle the negative vibe people and they are professionals. Highly recommended for growing businesses.

I've been using this location for my work mailbox for years and have always been happy. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. They make special arrangements around the holidays for the high volume of returns and that makes a huge difference. I've seen many customers act rudely towards them and they are always patient and friendly.
EDIT- reduced to 3 stars. You sent me 2 messages that said my packages were available. I went out of my way to pick them up. They weren’t available. FIX YOUR SYSTEM!

Staff seems like not happy to be working at this UPS store, also staff won’t take empty small Amazon box for recycling.

They’re always rude in here. Today, this lady literally did not want to give me my package and told me it wasn’t there before even looking in the computer for it. When she did find it with the tracking number she still tried to find dumb reasons to keep it and gave me an attitude. UPS pays you to print labels and ship packages not withhold my $10 box of electrolyte powder from Amazon.

Will not go back. Took an Amazon return in and the brown lady was either stupid or rude. Maybe both. My return said to take "boxes" plural to the UPS store, no labels needed. She insisted they be in one box and refused to understand they came in two boxes on two different days. She let me know it wasn't her problem.

My packages have always been delivered on time. And all of the employees at this location are extremely nice. They're super busy, but always have a smile on their faces. I really enjoy interacting with them. I'm at that location often, and I'm always greeted with smiles.

Yes, there are busy times here. Staff works through the rush as very professional humans. Try smiling and thanking them for the hours they put up with grumpy customers.
