The two UPS Representatives we're clearly having an extra busy day, but we're blasting through customers with the best attitude and with efficiency. Some expressed yes how busy their work environment was but also admiration for having an amazing boss.
Not once did they talk negatively about the owner and I was there during this busy time. You ma'am should be ashamed of yourself for lying upon these two young ladies who were just trying their best on the busiest day & IT WAS BUSY, ALOT for just two to handle.
Just a fun fact if you're shipping a regular letter around their closing time which is 6:30 your letter is not going to move until the next business day.
How about you Educate yourself before making public assumptions and trying to get too innocent UPS representatives in trouble over a piece of mail that was your fault for deciding to drop it off during closing time.
To the ladies who busted their ABSOLUTE BEHINDS off and gave THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, Thank you for all that you do and what you have to endure.
We are all human doing a job in this life. Make it count!

Mailed a couple of letters regular mail to Virginia, and it’s been over 2 weeks and my family still hasn’t received them. Also, it was close to closing when I went and 2 young girls were talking about when they were going to quit. They also talked bad about their boss right in front of me as if I wasn’t there. I could tell they had a busy day from the mess behind the counter. So I am thinking they never sent out my mail. I didn’t mail it express so I have no way of tracking, so I’m pretty sure it didn’t go out.

They do a great job over here. I come here about two or three times a month. Always very helpful, and quick with helping customers.

I have used this location extensively for more than two years and never had an issue. In fact, I've been pleasantly surprised by the staff's ability to efficiently tend to my shipping needs while maintaing a personalized and professional demeanor. Sadly, we are moving away soon. But I hope the next UPS I encounter will be like this one.

AVOID this place at ALL cost!! I would rather grind my teeth on concrete than come to this location. It has ALWAYS been bad. The employees hate their lives and don’t care if you know it. The curly headed girl is the absolute worst. I hate UPS for the mere fact they allow this hatred miserable location to remain open. I only came here because Amazon forced my return to come here. Go to La Marque. You’ve been warned.

Customer service was horrible. All because I asked for a receipt for my drop off package. They told me no they will not print one and go to another ups store with a pissed off attitude. Definitely not wasting my time going to this location again.

These crooks held my package hostage unless I paid a $10 made up fee that UPS itself didn’t know about and I was definitely not informed about ahead of time. I’ve filed an extensive complaint with UPS about the legality of this

unorganized very slow staff. should have two separate lines AT ALL TIMES one specifically for amazon returns but instead they prefer to change it up depending on the day. today they decided to have one line that ends outside of the store.. make it make sense.

Busy place for all your needs. The line went pretty quick, and the staff was friendly. Walked in the door, and within 2 seconds, Tina asked me what I needed and told me what I needed to do.
