The driver did not knock or ring the bell, delivery attempt was at 8:36pm not before seven, I have on video, terrible service.

What a great place! The lady working the front is the nicest person you will ever run into. Look up great customer service and her picture should be there.

I had a fantastic experience with UPS. My husband failed to remember that his office would be closed today for the holidays and we had a Christmas present scheduled to be delivered. I called UPS customer service and asked that the package be left at our local hub. The lady that helped me on the phone as well as the staff at the League City Link Road location, and our driver, went out of their way to assist us. We don’t hear much good news about when things go right with our delivery services and I just wanted to make sure that these guys were recognized for really helping us out!

Janita and Tim were extremely kind and helpful. They pulled a very important wedding package for me so I could pick it up from the facility early… Lifesavers!

Convenient location, but hours of service are odd. I went at 1 pm expecting it to be open and had to wait for half an hour for them to open. All I needed was to drop off a package.

I needed to speak to someone about a problem I was having and robot on the phone hung up on me and when I called back it was not helpful at all, my package was not delivered or at the secure location it was supposed to be at. If your computer answering service isn’t smart enough to help someone then you shouldn’t have it especially for a big company like ups.

Kara is absolutely amazing!!! She is unbelievably kind and went the extra mile just to make sure I got my package! It’s not often employees, go above and beyond anymore, but she did!

Waiting on a next day air package with signature required. I was sitting about ten feet from my door and checked on my phone to see an estimated 1030am delivery. Perfect. Just prior to 10am I proceed to go outside for a moment and there's a UPS label on my door. Sorry we missed you. But, I was sitting and waiting with no tv or sounds on that would have prevented me from hearing a knock. Never a knock at my door! As a former UPS employee, this is sad. Just sad.

UPS driver claims to have attempted delivery - a lie - I was home all day and no attempt was made. This is not the first time that this has happened. So over this crap service.

They don’t open until 1:30 and are rude. The clerk refused provide a simple plastic UPS packing slip for a package that was ready to be shipped with the bill already printed unless you wait in line.

I received a call this morning. I wish I could remember her name, but I had just woke up. She had a package there that was intended to go to Colorado, but had mistakenly been sent to Seabrook, TX. It was so wonderful of her to catch that, and now the package is heading to Colorado. Great big thank you & hope she gets wonderful kudos for calling me!!
