If I wanted my time wasted, I could have just sat in a corner with a box on my head- I got as much done calling the help line and the local facility! My package is STILL being sent back, I've called SEVEN TIMES to the facility alone!

I have used different UPS locations in league City and never experienced any issues before visiting this place. I work in customer service myself and don’t like to see people working in customer service when they truly don’t like helping others. As soon as I walked into this location, right before 6pm, the woman at the front desk started complaining about how she never gets to leave on time. This location closes at 6:30pm so there were still more than 30min until closing. She was an elderly woman with braids and seemed somewhat friendly at first but not really helpful. There were some issues with the address being entered into the system and the woman kept blaming me for entering incorrect information even though it was the system itself changing the address. This woman had trouble typing and when she tried to fix the info she misspelled many words. I let her know it was incorrect and that upset her. I was just trying to make sure the package would be delivered correctly but she didn’t care and just kept saying she had to close soon and that’s all she was worried about. She started saying this wasn’t her job and she’s not suppose to help customers and told me to go to another ups store instead. Finally another woman that worked there walked in and was able to calm the woman down but when I reached to grab the packages that were off to the side the angry woman grabbed them and snatched them from my hand. There was another customer in between the two of us when the woman snatched the packages; I thought she was going to hit her with them but the woman stepped away. No other staff at this location tried to help, maybe they’re afraid of this woman but it didn’t seem like anyone wanted to step in until the woman that walked in closer to closing time. The angry woman at the front desk asked the woman that walked in to finish helping me so she could leave. I was completely fine with that since I had been there 30min just trying to get help from someone helpful. The new woman that walked in was able to help check me out and get me out of there within 5min. If you have a package that needs a tracking slip printed then do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. If you use this location and this woman is the one handling your package then it may get sent to the wrong location. She will not appreciate anyone telling her she typed in wrong information and may even become aggressive if you do so. This experience honestly ruined my day and I will never return here for anything.

I sent an Amazon return to a third party vendor. I paid the shipping and declared value. The package was diverted from the New Jersey hub to Clearwater, Fl. Instead of going to Brooklyn, NY. UPS said the package was lost, but blocked me from uploading claim documents. A UPS employee told me UPS paid someone for the claim but it wasn’t me. I have been stonewalled the whole time. UPS does not stand behind their product, being shipping. You are not allowed to speak to a human customer service representative.

The driver did not knock or ring the bell, delivery attempt was at 8:36pm not before seven, I have on video, terrible service.
