“I was devastated when my brand new 2024 Nissan was damaged in an auto accident. I was beyond frustrated from dealing with the at fault parties insurance. The dealership where I bought my car recommended Eagle to repair my car since they are Nissan certified. I called Eagle to let them know I would be using them for the repair work. I was so frustrated and upset with the at fault parties insurance adjuster that I was in tears. It was my good fortune that I was transferred to Mr. David Hicks that day. He was the absolute best. He reassured me that he would take it from here and that I could relax and let Eagle handle all the details. David and Veronica went above and beyond to get my car repaired in a timely manner. They were so patient and kind and treated it as if it were their car. When my car was returned it looked and drove like brand new again. I did have to take it back in a month later because the headlight they replaced wasn’t working and the center console had a gap where it was separating but David greeted me like an old friend and took care of getting everything repaired. While I waited for the repairs I had a chance to watch other customers come in to pick up their vehicles and watch how the staff interacted with each person. It was so nice to see how every, single customer was treated so well and how they all left happy and smiling. This truly is a superbly run, customer service oriented establishment that does superior work. I would use them for any repair I may have in the future!”

“My son car got stuck in the mud near a body of water late at night we needed immediate service!! After three hours of trying to reach our insurance company and several other places and getting no answers and no help we were getting desperate…it was getting close to 3am and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere …We searched again and found Taylor Towing!! I called and immediately got a respond!! They were amazing!! Daniel arrived in a timely manner and winched my son’s car from the mud quickly and safely and the cost was very reasonable. “We have been bringing our cars here for over 30 years. Everyone here is very professional, very busy, and it is quickly apparent you're looking at a tight ship. We recently had problems with Grandma's car when she gave it to our son. Two different shops in LA tried to fix it without success. Bosone Automotive fixed it and got it to us a day early. They are not cheap but they tell you the cost before the repair and have never gone over that number. Some of these folks have been working here over 30 years. This is not a one and done repair. It is a long term relationship with a company that will take care of your car problems. We've never been disappointed or felt our money wasn't well spent. It feels good to write this review because these guys deserve it. Give them a try and I think you'll agree. I just read the other reviews and other reviewers say Bosone Automotive have very reasonable charges. I didn't compare pricing to other shops. Apparently, I'm an old guy, and to me everything is expensive...”

I have to say that these people know what "Customer Service" means. They check all the boxes: Pricing..A+, Time to get in..A+, Timely Repairs A++!
We are SOOOO happy we found this shop and wish more shops did business like these guys. If Google would let me give them 6+Stars, I definitely would.

We took our motor home to Gass for annual service. While there I mentioned an issue with steering vibration. They worked with us & the chassis manufacturer to troubleshoot it & come up with a repair plan. All repairs done in a timely manner & completed when promised. Thanks to all of the Gass staff!”

They didn't cancel on me and they kept me updated on their progress. Hopefully you never need a tow, but if you do, Merchant's was a great service.”
