After a small accident, a body shop messed up my bed cover that was installed by The Shop. They got me in quick and fixed it fast for me. Thx guys!

I cannot believe how badly The Shop screwed up my MXT.Subcontracted by another mechanic; They refused to be supervised. I was not allowed to come see my vehicle and they Would not perform work as desired; only to their own liking. The Shop Literally ruined my truck by cutting a hole in the drivers front frame rail next to the engine mount and welding onto the frame, forever weakening the frame. This when all they had to do is use existing bolts and bolt holes in the frame rail. The airbag on this side between the frame and the axle is offset from centerline. On the passenger side, instead of using existing bolt holes, decided to weld--- terrible quality welds--- onto the frame, thus weakening this frame as well. Look at pics of airbags offset from center with a support pipe on top of the front axle. The undercoating job is awful. Incompletely media blasted. Left rust and debris behind and partially coated the structural members after removing the bed.Additionally overspray on my chrome bumper, various engine parts including hoses, radiator, horn. Partially coated Axle. Overspray on transmission, starter. Skid plate incompletely blasted and incompletely coated.New airbags have paint/undercoating on them. One of my primary concerns about wobble in the front end not even addressed. The list goes on...Charged me 25k and took 6+ months at their shop to ruin my truck. It is a rare vehicle..It cannot be repaired.I want all of my money back and to be compensated for damages.

$1600 steering parts, scratched window tint (they did have it replaced), didn’t lube new parts, didn’t align front end, paid for tire balance which they didn’t touch. Piss poor service and cost me additional $400 to have a real shop reservice front end. You are crazy if you use this flea market of a store.*Update- you did not give a huge discount on the tint, I paid $85 for the single passenger window. I paid another shop $165 to realign the front end and they showed me where all new Moog components were dry. I put my hands on each Zerk fitting and grease boot. You did this work in Oct’23 and I developed at popping sound in Jan’24 and discovered the idler arm frame bolts were loose. Not even torqued. I torqued all components myself this time.First time I’ve ever had someone work on my vehicles as I have all tools needed, just didn’t have the time for this instance. I wish you success but you really need to improve your quality control.

I had some fix shocks and rear blocks installed and they did a good job. My only complaint is I really had to research everything myself they weren’t much help answering questions or making recommendations.

I came into the shop off road in fear that my amp steps were far gone from being saved as they were not properly folding in all the way. However, a very helpful employee Kerstan, put my mind at ease and was very insightful in helping determine what the issue was and what fix was needed. Needless to say, it was a very good experience, my amp steps are fixed, and was so grateful to have someone so nice help me out today. This place will always be my favorite.

I love my 10 year old PRISTINE FJ Cruiser and am typically self-sufficient re: minor repairs. A bulb was out in my ARB bumper and for some reason I couldn’t remove the assembly to figure out which bulb I needed. These guys contacted ARB to get bulb info and allowed me to go purchase it myself. When I returned with it, they kindly & quickly replaced the bulb…even though ARB gave us the wrong bulb info! (They happened to have the correct one on hand.)So, yeah, these guys ROCK‼️
