Awful service. Arrived to the store 5:30, waited for nearly 15 minutes to be greeted. When I told them I was here to upgrade they turned me away saying they don’t do upgrades or trade ins on any day so close to closing. It was 5:45 after I was in the store waiting for service. I already had everything picked out. Absolutely terrible service.

T-Mobile and this Corp store are Scammers and have Terrible Service.Advertisement offers $800 for my Note 10 Trade, store says $500. I called customer service who agrees $800 in writing. I trade my Note 10 for $1800 Galazy Z Fold5 and expect $800 in bill credits... Instead, at first bill I noticed my plan changed to new more expensive plan and only $500 for trade. More Expensive Plan will eat up all Trade-In Value so I complain and was returned to old plan... but now I get no money for my trade and T-Mobile refuse to give phone back or pay me anything.I went to speak to store manager who left me sitting in lobby for a hour but never came out and employee never came back out either. TRADE INS ARE A SCAM TO GET YOU ON A HIGHER COST PLAN SO THEY EVENTUALLY GET YOUR TRADE IN FOR FREE !!! WHILE GETTING MAXIMUM MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS.SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM !

Wanted to trade in and the cost was ridiculous. If you have an iphone, go to apple. They are usually going to give you max trade in credit ($100 more then what Tmobile offered) AND the overall total was $200 cheaper at Apple. I hate t mobile so much.

Don't use tmobile any chance they get to charge you they will. They switch your plan with out your permission. They are crooks

My husband was having major issues with his voicemail when we visited the store. Andrea was the representative that greeted us, she was so patient, my husband was extremely irritated and frustrated and not a pleasant customer. Andrea never lost her cool, she was extremely knowledgeable and walked us thru several problems that needed attention. In a situation with a customer like my husband, I would have had him removed, but Andrea never wavered and was completely professional. I can’t say enough about what a top notch customer representative Andrea is.

I had been trying to upgrade my phone for a week and visited 3 locations before I came to this one. Best decision ever! Customer service at this location is AMAZING!!! It was busy, like most T-Mobile locations, but there was someone who greeted me at the door and helped me check-in right away. I waited 10 minutes and they apologized for the wait! If they only knew that I had to wait over 45 minutes at the Baybrook store. Marco M. was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable; he went above and beyond to get everything I needed. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Thanks very much to Asif. Such a good person. We had a broken phone and he went out of his way to help us out and find a solution, he spent alot of time with us and saved us some $$$, we will be back when ready to upgrade.

I visited this location today to return a router. From the first person who greeted me to check me in, to Andrea who helped me, to the store manager Bryan, everyone was moving with a sense of urgency, friendly, and competent. Whatever recipe Bryan has for keeping the team members at this store so engaged, share it with other locations. They are knocking it out of the park!

Robert was the associate who helped us. He did a fantastic job going above and beyond to help us to get our T-Mobile phone numbers and account back after we switched to AT&T for three days.Also would not recommend AT&T terrible customer service and signal every where we went. We also got a $185 bill for three days with them.

I pay $650 a month. I go in there an hour and fifteen minutes before they close. He basically told me 30 min wait and would not have enough time to sale me the new phone. We pay a lot of money every month. I try to buy a $1300 phone and could not help me . This is terrible!

This T-Mobile store has excellent service. The wait time is short andthey are quick to remedy your cell phone needs.
