This is a great spot! My boss turned me onto this spot for my work shirts! You can order by the phone and make payment. They call you when it’s ready! I strongly recommend the jersey type T-shirts because they’re super comfortable. Also the labeling stays on. Thanks guys! Can’t wait to get my shirts next week!

The person in charge is awful... took over a month to print a shirt. Told me I was wrong... order a school shirt from them and they didn't get it to me until after the school year was over. I brought it to her attention and instead of being sorry about the situation she was completely rude...calls me and hour before they close to see if I can pick up my order when I asked her about it well over 24 hours ago... if you can't handle the bulk of orders coming in don't take them on...

So pleased with this shop!! KK is adorable and so nice and was so helpful with my 5 year old to choose the color for her monogram on her backpack. Told them I needed it ASAP and it was ready in 24hrs! Decent pricing, too! ❤️

This shop is the best in League City! The owners are awesome, friendly and very knowledgeable. I've been coming here since the beginning. I'm sure they'll have anything you need for your crafts and t-shirt projects. I've yet to be disappointed. Y'all need to come by.

Excellent service, local family!***They have done 2 Tshirt orders for me, one small and one over 100. Both times were excellent service and turn around time! I have come here many times and have had great experience but lately, when I come in, the girl at the front seems hell bent on making it as difficult as possible. She doesn’t even try to help you solve a problem. Maybe she just rubs me the wrong way, but I am going to just get my stuff done online or elsewhere. I want to support small, local businesses but customer service is your selling point and that has gone out the window. It’s too bad. I really liked this place.

As someone who has worked in and managed small businesses for years now, customer service is my top priority. Today, I was treated more poorly than I ever have been by another small business. The woman helping me was disrespectful the second I walked in the door, acting stressed and frustrated as if I was wasting her time. I showed her the designs I needed cut, and her immediate word-for-word response when viewing one of the designs was “Nope, not gonna happen.” After further (still not very friendly) explanation from her, I understood why the design could not be cut, but I still don’t understand why she felt the need to be so rude about it at all. A kind apology and explanation would’ve been easy to do. She did offer to cut the other design for me, and asked when I needed it by. When I said today if possible, the response was even more negativity, sighing, and overall frustration from both employees working. I understand being stacked on work and orders as a small business owner myself, but it is very easy to be kind and explain that without being disrespectful. Luckily they completed one of my designs fairly quickly, and I was able to go to another business to get the other design done that this store was unable to do. But I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
