Terrible Marina. Shallow entrance, 5ft draft gets stuck everywhere except the docks. Tenants are loud, margaritaville crowd, Karen’s everywhere. Management is lacking, they love to play games with your account and more often than not will overcharge you for 3 months and then forget to charge you for a while and then you come back to a lock on your boat with no phone calls.Marina staff are thieves, one has a whole pier to himself and steals stuff from dock boxes.Facilities are constantly in disrepair, lots of ghetto people and loud cars there on weekends. Bathrooms are not always clean, and showers don’t have locks so creeps can and have come see people shower.Security is a joke as stuff was stolen here all the time.Teenagers in daddy’s boat always making huge wake or harassing people. Several suicides have happened in this marina.Take that as a warning. This is not a good place to be. It’s all pretend. Don’t buy into it.

Beautiful marina! They have a pool, showers and a laundry facility which I thought was so nice! They keep everything up very well. The marina is always so clean and the slips are well maintained and not overly expensive in comparison with other marinas.

I've been at the location going on 3 years now. Some docks are in desperate need of repair. There is a totally submerged boat for weeks now on location (im not sure what's going on with that, but it feels like it's making the ambiance less attractive). The maintenance staff is on point. They take care of business quickly. It just generally feels like it's going downhill lately.

Froze in the room even though we set on 80, took till 3am to warm the room. I couldn't get any answer from front desk to dine in service. Had to call with cell phone to get thru, then there was no one to bring our food, had to go down n get it. Then it was not good, toasted ravioli it was not toasted it was raw. The french fries were good, n the sliders were bland. Sure has ruined my experience here. Better off staying somewhere else.

I have no idea how individuals can give this marina 3, 4, 5, stars. This place is a disgrace It does not deserve one star in my opinion. It's in a terrible location and I was told by a few that the office is third rate. I did not take any photos because I did not feel good their. What I saw was a messy place. I will go to New Orleans municipal even if I have to wait. I spent less than five minutes in that dump. Everything I have heard seems to be true.
