I have very fine hair hair. I went in and asked for some highlights and Sarah foiled the top of my head. She never looked once to see what color was doing just stuck me under head lamp for twenty . Buy the time I arrived at the chair my head looked like an albino and my hair was dry and brittle. She corrected the color by another foil buy it is still so pale and damaged I can't look at myself in the mirror. if you have fine hair I suggest going elsewhere because this salon will process everyone the same and if your outside the box and you'll be OUT of luck.

i had washed out vivid red and black box dye in my hair. Linze (that was the tag on the chair i was in but i didnt actually catch her name) was able to strip out most of that color and turn me into a full head of natural, lightish, and EVEN ginger in about 3 hours. im so happy with my hair i could cry and i still got to work on time. definitely returning and definitely recommending

take a ruler with you because they don't know what 2 inches is. They took 5 inches off and ruined a year worth of hair growth.
