Editing my review with a ⚠️ warning to small business owners: this sign company does not have the permitting for the city and will try to put the fees on the customer. It's been going on 6 months that I've been trying to get them to comply with the city.1-star because I have used this company for my business signage and they did a fine job, so I used them again for my baby shower signage. However, this is where they lose stars. Customer service is terrible! I am more than disappointed in how the job was handled. Emailed asking for a quote and sent examples of what I wanted. I was emailed asking to call and leave a credit card in order to start the job. It was Thursday at 5pm, their closing hours, so I did not call back right away. Over the weekend I made edits to my signs since I believed they wouldn't start the job until they had payment. I called 9 AM Monday, gave my cc info, and then was told that the job was already printed. I was charged for a sign I did not want. No offer to remedy their miscommunication. It left a poor taste in my mouth. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for what was originally quoted and charged my card without notification that the quote had changed. No response when trying to reach a resolution. As a business owner myself I feel like miscommunication on their side should have been taken accountability for.

I can not say enough about what great people own the Sign Shop. When we lost our dog they helped us make signs very quickly that ultimately resulted in the return of our little girl! The signs looked great and held up in bad weather for the full 8 days she was missing.

Very disappointed! I like to support local and small businesses so this seemed like a good choice for having signs made for real estate needs. They messed up on the colors of the first sign, fixed it once and it looked a little better but subsequent signs didn't match. The only remedy they offered was to charge me for recovering the first sign so it was correct. I asked them if they thought it was right to charge me when the mistake was a result of the colors they used. They said it was because the sign was past their warranty date. I don't understand how time has anything to do with them making the mistake. So I will need to support another small business in an adjacent area.

I'm the commissioner of an international sports league and we've hosted our event in League City back-to-back years. We wouldn't pick any other place to print our signs! The Sign Shop has phenomenal customer service, excellent printing and adorable dogs to boot.

Zero Stars!! Walk in a couple weeks ago... there is this woman there, one of those done that, know it all type... she not even give me time to explain what I want and how... on the contrary, there is a guy there that is very polite, unfortunately she did not even let him do or say a thing as well... I just walked out and let someone else get my 5k Worth Job... there is more places around willing to listen and acomódate to your business needs..

We own a company that uses signs for our yards,trucks, and Place of Business. The sign shop helps us come up with good ideas ,gives us our price, And gets it done fast .Not only that but we get a goog price as well. Thats why I use them.
