Matthew is a phenomenal contact to reach out to. He is someone who really knows about jeeps. In addition to his expense knowledge, he is kind and informative and took the time to answer all of our questions and help us get the information we needed. We are in Florida, and even though he knew that we would more than likely not be able to complete a purchase with him, he was still willing to help us. Going forward, when we are in the market, we may in fact drive to Texas to get the kind of service That we are always searching for. Thank you, Matthew Lori Moore.

My true rating is a 4.5 but google doesn’t do half stars.
I will start with all the reasons I am giving them a 5.
1. I had the pleasure of working with Michael. He was incredibly kind a patient with me coming in and having no idea what kind of Jeep I wanted. He literally helped me test drive a Jeep of every style so I could feel the different handlings and so on.
2. They were extremely honest. Nothing grosses me out more than an icky sales team. These guys didn’t push me in any direction and gave me the honest truth about every Jeep I was interested in.
3. Quick process! Once we picked a Jeep we placed a hold on it over the phone. We found a lender and when we showed up to pick up the Jeep it literally took 10 minutes to walk out the door with the keys. There was zero drama.
4. The Jeep had a leak and the mechanics made sure that was fixed before we left with the vehicle.
Reasons for a lower rating…
Due to them being super busy because they are awesome the mechanics missed a couple small things that were told would get fixed. The back window piston was still broke and didn’t want to stay clamped on. We were able to fix that ourselves no problem.
They also said they were going to get the tires evened out and we had 1 at 36 and the other 3 at 26. We assumed this was why the tire light was on, but it also has a bad sensor… at some point we will have to replace these, but it would have been nice to know that it was a sensor cause we would have asked them to replace the sensors before we took possession of the vehicle.
All and all we really enjoyed our experience with this team and would recommend people use them. Just remember they are a small team that is very busy. Make sure even if it is storming (like it was on our pick up day). That you check the little stuff, because it may get lost in the shuffle by accident.

Listen to this! I am a lady who has wanted a particular jeep for awhile. Select Jeep had just the one. I was hesitant to trade my low mileage perfectly sound truck for a used vehicle, but took the leap. Soon, 3 days after I drove off the lot on a Sunday afternoon there was a problem, couldn't call Select Jeep they were closed.....Ohhh Myyy... I had really done it, no warranty.. I spent hours sobbing, how could I make such a mistake, didn't sleep all night..looking up what the problem could be... then in the wee morning hours I began to read Select Jeeps reviews and immediately my fears were lessened...a few people had small issues and Select Jeep had helped them.... there was hope!! I NEVER write reviews. But let me tell you, Matthew, T.J. and Travis are phenomenal. They were polite, understanding and have gone well beyond expectations to remedy the issue. In my very many years of experience have never been so impressed with such integrity. Look-out competition, you can't compete with Select Jeep's Triple Threat, Matthew, T.J. and Travis Can't be beat. I am hard to impress, I recommend Select Jeeps. Ladies, these guys have earned my trust!

The salesman Mathew was friendly, not pushing, and accommodating. Travis the mechanic was very helpul and concerned with making sure my jeep worked as i expected- they offer clean vehicles and fair prices and strive to get them running well before selling. On the phone they told what to expect realistically from my test drive jeep. If i buy another jeep, i will start my search at Select Jeeps.

Within 24 hours of purchase, I was called into work and ended up in the adventure of a life time. The Jeep I purchased preformed fantastically. Can't say enough good things about The quality of people that sold me the Jeep and the quality of the Jeep itself. 1,200 miles 14 hrs and snow-covered mountains. Absolutely amazed.

We purchased my son's first car from Select Jeeps in April 2024. The 2006 Wrangler my son picked had a few issues which they fixed prior to delivery. We discussed a smell of coolant prior to the purchase and the guys attributed it to some residual coolant spilled while replacing the radiator, a week after picking it up I was sure the heater core was leaking, and the big "As Is" in the contract didn't leave me feeling like I had a path to get it handled other than on my own. I've owned 4 other Jeeps and wrenched on them all, but this repair was not something I was looking forward to.
I called our salesmen Matt just hoping I could have the boys in the shop evacuate the AC system so I could do the repair, but Matt said to bring it in and they replaced the heater core at no cost. They also recommended the AC condenser be done since they were right there and I was able to have that done for the cost of the part. I have honestly had a very skeptical attitude towards Select Jeeps over the many years they have been here in League City, but I am happy to be wrong and very much appreciate Matt going above and beyond.
Unknown to them, my son's mother passed just after we brought the Jeep in for the repair and the fact that they took this repair work off of my plate is an absolute blessing, so a heartfelt thank you to Matt for helping me out at the exact moment I needed something to go smoothly.
I'm happy to admit that I had no reason to be skeptical of purchasing from Select Jeeps.

If you are looking for a Jeep this is the place, when I think of a Jeep I think Fun, adventure, free wheeling and open. This place is it, when I drove up there was Matthew coming out the door with a smile and a handshake. This place thinks of Jeeps as a lifestyle and they take pride in the place they all do. From the person at the phone to the person in the office they are all nice. I heard them having fun with each other, they liked being there and it showed in how they treat people. Complete strangers feel like family and I would recommend this place over any place in Houston, by the way I am from Corpus Christi Tx, and I drove here to meet Matthew. It is worth the drive and the experience. Plus seeing all those Jeeps in one place is cool, they really do have the best Jeeps and they know them inside out.

I purchased a beautiful 2011 Jeep Sahara Unlimited from Matthew. I have now had the Jeep home for a little over a week and I'm loving it!
Living 330 miles from Select Jeeps my first option after seen the add on their web page web page was to call. It was right at their closing time, Matthew stayed late to send me some videos of the jeep. Loving what I viewed in the videos Matthew set up an appointment to see it the next day.
What a great experience! There was no high pressure "Used Car Lot Salesman" games. Matthew simple helped a good Jeep sell itself. I had a couple of concerns, Matthew addressed them without hesitance and we closed the deal. Thank You Matthew for putting me in a Jeep. I will most defiantly go back to Select for my my next Jeep!

Got my 04 Wrangler from this Dealer. It is exactly what I was looking for. Had some minor issues that they eagerly took care of. These guys are very knowledgeble on Jeeps and move great product. The name says it all ... SELECT JEEP!!!!!

Went there to pickup a truck I liked and before I even got there Mathew was taking care of me with pricing and documentation and keeping me updated on the process and when I got there something was wrong with the vehicle and they fixed it before I left which I really appreciated good customer service is rare to find these days …highly recommend them they will take care of you

Matthew helped me get my 2002 Wrangler. Fantastic experience! I live in the Houston area, and was able to work seamlessly with Matthew to by my Jeep basically sight unseen. Matthew made the whole experience as easy as could be. I might have needed to spend 15 minutes total at Select Jeeps to sign the paperwork. It was really that simple. Highly recommend Select Jeeps and Matthew in particular.
