AF has fixed several of our appliance issues. They are timely at fair pricing. With our wine refrigerator he worked with the company that sold the refrigerator to get the correct parts and it is working great. Thanks AF.

I called last week for my dryer and they gave me a time between 10 to 1 and went home and waited for them. They changed the time to 10 to 2 and I was ok as you can never really confirm because of the previous appointments. Joe identified the problem and try to change the part but unfortunately the part was old and did not work. He told me that he will order a new part and fix the dryer in couple of days. So far so good. He did order the part and schedule an appointment for today between 10 to 1. I got a message to track Joe and it said 10:44 is his estimated time of arrival, and I decided to get home by 10:50, as my mom can let him in and I thought he will need at least 10 to 15 minutes to fix. But he ended up coming home early and fixed the dryer by 10:40. My sister was there in the house to let him in and has no idea about the repair. She wanted to confirm that the dryer is working and wanted to him to wait. He called me right after and told me that he did not have time to wait as he has to take care of some other repair. At this point, my watch told me it is 10:47 and I was on my way to the house and I work ten minutes from the house. I was very disappointed with his tone and his disrespect for my time as he made me wait for three hours previous day and he did not even want to wait for ten minutes more, even though I was following their time tracker..

Explained what the issue was and how much it would cost was very professional and I highly recommend using this company for any appliance issues. Joe came out as The time promised. Great communication. I knew when he was on his way. Very easy to talk to is very clean keeps the area clean. I would highly recommend him. Julie was awesome!! My freezer went out this morning and she took the time to call a technician that was in my area. He was able to fit me in on his way to his next call. Joe also did a great job. He was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. He opened the fridge and knew that it was the thermostat. He had 1 left in his truck. Service was complete within 40 minutes. Great experience. Live person on the phone on initial phone call. Easily scheduled an appointment for the following day. Joe alerted me that he was on the way to my home during the window of time promised on the booking call. Joe arrived, was knowledgeable and had the part my icemaker needed on the truck. Repair completed within 30 minutes and left a very clean work space. I recommend Appliance Force.

Went to buy a replacement for our refrigerator. Although the one we needed was not in the showroom, they could find it online and get it scheduled for 2 day delivery.
