I can’t remember the lady’s name that was helpful the minute I walked in but she definitely knows her stuff and is helpful as far as I seen . She had short blond hair I believe. Now the current manager was a bigger black lady I believe , that doesn’t really care to help anyone it seems like she comes off as miserable and hates helping anyone. I tried showing her a product to see if they had it in stock and it took her a minute to even look up and acknowledge me and gave me a look of “what do you want “. Then didn’t even look at the product and said if I didn’t see it they don’t have it .Hope you have a better day ma’am. Do better and hire better employees if you don’t like the job I was the only person in the store at that . And to the other girl , you are amazing.

amazing experience with lots of help, it wouldve been perfect if it werent hard to hear the poor girl trying to help me, multiple speakers all over the store blaring music at what seems to be the loudest they can. it was where i had to take pictures, step out to talk on the phone that wouldve been in the store, and come back in to make the purchase. loved the help from mckenzie, she did her best and was super knowledgeable of everything i asked

Forgive me if I don’t spell her name correctly, but Mackenzie was so helpful. One of the best experiences I’ve had in years at a Sally’s. She knows her stuff and directed me to the perfect products! Thanks, girl! I’ll definitely be back because of you!

If you have to go to this location I’d suggest a pick up.Doing anything in store is an argument. From buying liters of shampoo to using your own rewards.Was told today the liters weren’t apart of a sale they’re currently having. Associate (who I also suspect was the manager) didn’t even try to scan them UNTIL I told her I bought 4 yesterday on the SAME saleThen I asked to use my rewards to which she responded with “which one”. I explained online it allows both so I’d like to use both. She didn’t do that she instead added another $5 off. To avoid ANOTHER argument I paid and left.I’ve filed with corporate as well.Pretty clear the store is struggling and you guys are just trying to squeeze every and any dollar you can.Maybe the management?Best of luck

Came in to get hair supplies for a dye job. First thing I noticed was the three employees watching at the customers that came in the store and making fun of them. They didn’t acknowledge anyone after that. Stood at the register laughing and making comments.I had a lady and her girls ask me for help due to the different colors in my hair and the fact that not one of those three employees asked if she needed anything.While walking to the registers all three employees just stood there and then finally one rang me out. If y’all are going to hire people to just stand around and make fun of customers, y’all should rethink your business.

Ordered online for pickup in store, just to make sure they had the $5.99 Ardell color corrector I needed before making the drive. My mistake for not checking the bag. Received a $0.99 packet of a totally different product. Really, you knew the prices. Lesson learned. They can keep the money. Not going there ever again. Will find it on Amazon.

The service was horrible! The staff never even acknowledged that I was there. While trying to find the product that I was looking for, one staff member repeatedly walked between me and the product. No excuse me or even eye contact. When i got the register to pay, and the girl told me to wait for the other girl. I will never go back.

I arrived at 1:40pm on a Sunday. Hours clearly state 11am-6pm. The door is locked with a sign that says out to lunch, be back soon. I am not the only person sitting in the parking lot waiting. If you intend to close for lunches or breaks it should be a posted so as to not inconvenience intended customers by wasting thier time and money.

Closed on a Sunday at 1 when the hours said 11-6pm. Had to drive to another location for what I needed. Poor business practice.

Website and sign on door says they are open until 8 pm. I arrived at 7:02 pm and they had just locked the door and turned off the light to close. I don’t live in the area and drove to this one because it said they were open later.
