MrVoid had stomach problems (early GI Stasis) which is life or death with rabbits
:( and this was one of the few places open on Sunday. They took me in without an appointment and gave me medicine for him !

Three years ago I swore I would never go back to Safari. This past weekend I had an emergency and they were the only ones open on Sat.
They EXCEEDED all of my expectations. Everyone one we encountered was kind, caring, engaging, patient and knowledgeable. The facility was spotless
I give Safari a new found respect and 5 full stars!! Thank you!!

Best time at the vet yesterday. My boy has a skin infection and had to get all his shots. He was greeted by such loving staff, I mean baby talking him (his favorite) and being so kind to my scared boy. It was very quick, efficient and a good experience for him. I’ve been using Safari for years on a lot of my pets. They helped me give the best care possible to my dog that has passed on so she got to live her last years very cared for and happy. Then they literally saved my cats life after she got out and into the neighbors yard with their dog. After a long surgery she was back up on her feet in not even a day ?. I really recommend this place to everyone.

Always happy with Safari. I have a lot of babies, of both the furry and the feathered kind and it’s nice to have a place to take them any day of the week when needed. Highly recommend!

Your grooming cost is ridiculous...$95..Really?! And your staff, Dr. Garner, has expressed as well that it is too high and you just ignored them. I will never bring my dog to get groomed at your place again.

do not come here with your rodents. i brought two of my mice in and they charged me $100 EACH mouse. and all they did was weigh them and listened to one of their heart beats. i’ve been to several other vets and never had them charge me this much just put my mice on a scale. i came in with an eye infection in one of them and the other one was having some breathing problems. they didn’t even xray the one with breathing problems they listened to her breathe for not even a minute and said she probably just has some allergies. maybe this is a good vet for cats and dogs but even tho they advertise being an exotic vet i wouldn’t take your tiny ones here. this is one of the worst vet experiences ive had to deal with now im down $300 and dont even know if my mouse is starting to grow a tumor in her lungs. these people dont care about your pets they just want money.

They have provided outstanding care for my two dogs, and I am truly grateful for the level of attention and expertise they offer.

I came on on a Sunday with an emergency. The staff were thorough and kind. They explained expenses, options, and procedures very clearly up front! Even though they were swamped my entire session only lasted about an hour.

I took Molly to get her vaccinations today. I was too afraid to do this but decided I needed to at least visit with them about it since all my pets have been vaccinated in the past. Covid made me afraid of medical treatment of any kind. They assured me their vaccines don't have MRNA in them and Texas only allows the safest rabies vaccine, so I had Molly vaccinated. I appreciate their willingness to answer all my questions honestly and with medical knowledge.
