Had the best experience with David at Tree Frog/Ryval Hoops. I had my mind set on a specific hoop when I went in and changed directions after talking with David and he guided me to a better fit for our family as he explained the pros and cons. The installation crew, Victor and his crew, were on time, pleasant and did a great job on the installation. I highly recommend purchasing your hoop or playground equipment through Tree Frog/Ryval, they were truly great every step of the way.

Great experience at the League City store! The Basketball Goal my son wanted was in stock. We bought it on a Saturday, cement work the following week and the week after we were hooping (& hollering:o) when others were quoting 4-6 week lead times. Ask for David, he'll take care of you, we love it!

Had a great experience with getting my Ryval hoop installed. David took good care of me on the sales side and the crews that came out were awesome and on time. They even set up my hoop in the rain for us on their scheduled day ... I was expecting them to reschedule. Great quality hoop system.

I don't understand why all the negative reviews. All mom and pop shipping places are high, you pay for the convenience factor. No big woop. The guy is really nice, I go in when I don't feel like driving around for ups or USPS.

I am livid right now. My dad mailed me my laptop and a very important document from Houston to Austin. The amount my dad was charged was unbelievable. Somehow the package didn't even get sent out until two days letter. And it's been a week and my document still hasn't arrived. Let me break down what he was charged for as shown on his receipt: Laptop - UPS Ground - 5lbs 6.1 oz: $51.70 19x13x8" Box: $3.68 Bubble wrap: $6 Peanuts: $5 Delivery confirmation with signature: $9 Document - USPS First Class Mail Flat Rate - 1.5 oz document in envelope: $15.42 Certified: $6.95 Return receipt: $5.95 It cost me the same amount of money to send that laptop to him from AUSTRALIA.

Way overpriced and the guy is as rude as can be. I went to box and ship a fishing reel. The packaging was $2-$3(no big deal) but he wanted $18 for the slowest mail service. The Cheapest he could send a fishing reel was $18! Drove down the street to the post office and paid $7.60.
