GET THE INSOLES. They literally I mean LITERALLY saved my feet. My Ariats were KILLING my feet (I have high arches) and Marty and Heather took the time to get me sorted out with the PERFECT set of insoles… my feet thank you both!!!!

I really don't do reviews. But huge shout out to Kris. First time buyer and first time going into any red wing store. I walked in he greeted me with a welcome and then after that he had me step into his machine where the computer scanned my feet. Thus he was able to get me the right boot for my feet. Great customer service and that computer module thing really blew my mind but I loved it. Anyways thanks Kris and the red wing team.

I went in knowing what I wanted for my job. The employee had me do a custom fit which turned out almost exactly as I thought it would. In the end, I went home with what I picked out and one of the 2 insoles that was suggested for me. Kinda fun when the computer tells me I am right from the beginning.

Erik was incredibly helpful & professional. He walked me through every step of the way.(pun intended) I felt very comfortable with the buying experience. I told him what type of work environment I was in and with his expertise, we explored different boots. After narrowing it down, we found the boot for me.
