Maria is great! She really took the time to understand what we were looking. I would really say she is an expert at what she does. She showed us various homes and also educated us on what to look for and what not to look for in terms of comfort, lifestyle and sellability. She was our realtor when we were looking for a rental home. After we rented the home, everything went downhill very fast. There is a huge lack of respect and privacy with this lady. She would show up in the backyard with her maintenance people unannounced to do repairs on the home. There was even a time she sent somebody to take down our gate to repair without telling us. We have dogs and were very upset with the situation. The final straw was having her guy bang on our door to come in to look at a garage disposal without him calling. He even peaked inside to try to get my 3 year old to open the door. The neighbors even got involved to get him to go away. We left after a few short months because of the intrusive behavior. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY PLEASE. We have been so much happier after leaving.

We've known Maria for over 5 years now, and she is still super passionate and efficient as the first day we met her. She helped us purchase, remodel, and rent homes without me worrying or sweating about them. Maria is a good listener, very detail oriented, and always gives her 110 percent.
