Needed 9 shirts pressed, and one shirt and one pair of pants cleaned and pressed. Got them back wrinkled worse than when I brought them in, and the clothes that were "cleaned" smell HORRIBLE. Almost like B.O. Total waste of time and money.

Super clean establishment. Dry cleaning was done earlier than promised! Text message notification was helpful. I also had two shirts mended and they did quality work. Thanks! Will visit again.Now these folks are my go to people. Maybe a little more pricey than the other shops, but thats because they are worth it. My only suggestion is be specific when bringing mixed fabric garments. I brought a couple of cotton shirts I wanted starch on. Plus several non cotton shirts that can't be starched. I got no starch on the cotton ones. Great press though! Just confirm your order before you leave if it’s complicated. They do excellent work. I never do this but I want everyone to save their money. I was charged $133 for 10 items. First, the items took 5 whole days to come back when I was told only 3 days. Second, all of my clothes reeked of what smelled like strong B.O. I complained and manager agreed that they had been receiving these complaints and they will redo all 10 items at no charge. Took 4 days for my redo to come back, still reeking of B.O. At that point I had not had my clothes for 2 weeks. Staff and manager agreed the clothes stink. The issue is no one would have checked the odor if I wouldn’t have asked before I went to pick up my order. You would think if you get multiple complaints on the same issue, you vet the items as they come back from their vendor. Nope, not the case.Completely overpriced, haven’t had my work blazers for now going on 3 weeks because I had to take them to another cleaners to fix their mistake. Just avoid this place at all costs.

Absolutely terrible. Paid over $7 for a pair of jeans to get heavy starch and when I got the starch was less than light starch.

I've been taking my dry cleaning here for a yr now. I've gone to other places but Pilgrims, has always done a great job and I've received my items back looking great. Customer service is wonderful and prompt.

Moved to the area recently. Two day service and $30 for 6 items. Going to make the longer drive back to my old dry cleaners. Same day service and less than half the cost.

The woman who took my pants for alterations was very nice and friendly, and the man who was at the counter when I picked them up was also. My pants were hemmed perfectly to exactly the place I wanted them. I brought my piece in on Monday and they were ready by Wednesday evening. I payed $15.16 for a perfectly hemmed pair of super comfortable maternity pants. 100% worth it.Update: I brought in a second item for alteration (both peaces have been maternity bottoms). One of those dumb pairs of shorts that has a rolled hem but is only sewed closed on the sides... They put a seem all the way around the leg for me and it looks FLAWLESS. Perfectly straight, and it blends so perfectly you literally can't even tell there is a seem unless you look carefully. I'm so happy because they are super comfortable and now I can be pregnant and semi-comfortable in my favorite maternity shorts.
