It’s got all we would need without having to run to Walmart or even order off of Amazon. It’s close to home and we know where everything is. It is stocked with great varieties of food and great employees. The prices as a member are tremendous as it helps us save so much each week. Favorite: the coupons they mail to you on the things you buy!”

“I wrote a review of this pharmacy a while back because they had done such a great job for me and I was switching all of my prescriptions over to them. Due to a change in employment I was dealing with another insurance company and these folks were really helpful and getting everything taken care of with my doctors and insurance company. I was there today to get several more prescriptions lined up and the three shots that I was due for. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and very caring and suggested that I space these out so that I didn’t have any possible reactions. I felt really very cared for and I just want to recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Everyone of the staff did everything they could to help out and remembered things that made me feel like an important customer. I also witnessed how well they treated others.”

After over 3 weeks dealing with the pharmacist and no medication and no answers… I called this Walgreens spoke with Sydney who was very kind and helpful and will have my medication ready within 30 minutes. Thank you Sydney! You do not realize how you brightened my day!”

“Scheduling online for my vaccination was extremely easy and straightforward. Online pre-check-in and in-clinic check-in was also super efficient and stress free.I had a great experience with the nurse who administered the vaccination. She was friendly and made the entire process very comfortable. I would most definitely recommend the League City, Main Street location for quick and easy vaccinations.”
“Tony the store manager must have one heck of an employee training program!
Immediately as a customer walk’s in the door they are very politely greeted by any employee that has s encountered. Even while shopping amongst the rows of the store, if an employee is working the shelves, they always greet and offer help to the customers walking by.
This type of attitude always comes from the “top down” in any business!!

Wow, wow, WOW, I cannot speak any higher about these employees!!!
Not only do they greet you with an extremely positive attitude and smile, they exude a caring and heart felt honesty about one’s medical and pharmaceutical situation.
Often times, when a question arises of the information in one computer, they will go to another computer to try and figure out the situation. Then, if that does not work, they will consult with one another to figure out the situation, and most every time they get the job done.
On top of all this, they are just darn out-right wonderful ladies! There are a few good men in the mix too. Lol
I unhesitatingly, recommend CVS store#
538-2416, on Marina Bay Drive, in League City Texas, 77573, as it is a pure joy to walk into EVERY-TIME!!!

“As I prepare to leave Galveston, for Htown (Baby Apple; please people) I 've become reacquainted with the commercial entities on the mainland. might I say that this Walmart has more of a selection of Wrangler, and Lee Jeans than the Galveston Walmart (bought five pair). The store is cleaner, less chaotic, and generally friendlier. Now, I understand that Galveston has to deal with the beach tourists that treat Galveston in general like a convenience store bathroom, so I'll give it a mulligan. But, I was impressed by the assortment of products and available number as opposed to Galveston's. Galveston could use one of those exclusively grocery Walmarts, but it isn't going to happen. Get another catastrophic hurricane (and its getting near time) and you'd be hard pressed for any corporations to come there, let alone a secondary store.”

“I had an endoscopy procedure done on 5/3/2024.The care was very efficient, staff were very attentive and although I was feeling a little apprehensive about anesthesia, for some reason, they made me feel comfortable before the procedure was performed. And the procedure went without a hitch! And mind you, I am a UTMB Health League City Campus staff, but I did not let them know that I was.Great job and thank you!!”
