“The only reason I would go somewhere else is if this place was closed for the day. Everything from a simple conversation to a serious question about my animals has never been a problem. If they don't know or don't have it they'll let ya know. Nothin better than a family owned feed shop with great help!”
“Amanda has been grooming my dogs for a couple of years and she does a great job! One of my pups is a rescue and hates having her face touched and Amanda somehow gets through to her and handles her so well. She does amazing job and all the staff are so nice. I highly recommend this place.”
“Rainforest Pets is an amazing locally owned pet shop that has an amazing variety of animals. The owner is very friendly and helpful as is all of the staff working in the shop. They build tanks for all of your animals needs!! They have even started selling plants for your terrariums. Highly recommend this pet store. They also offer a rewards program so your purchases add up and you get rewarded later. They also sell bugs and such for your animal babies needs.”
“I visited the Pet Supermarket today and was slightly disappointed by the lack of customer service. Despite there being three employees and not more than 4 customers in the store, it took 10 minutes for someone to offer assistance. I even had to initiate a conversation with an employee i was standing 3 feet away from in order to get help the first time. Keep in mind, they greeted the customers who came after me. I have managed a number of operations from bakeries to homeless shelters, so I just notice these things.
On the positive side, the store had a fantastic selection of high quality pet food, and as a pet owner, that's what really matters to me. While I don't mind if people greet me or not, I believe that good customer service is important. Therefore, I'm deducting one star for the lack of greeting and customer service. Nonetheless, the exceptional selection of food is what keeps me coming back.”

“Excellent customer service! Jaydon took his time yesterday to help me find an American food that will not (should not) be effected by the port closures. He juggled checking out customers and meeting me back on food isles as he walked me through the different foods.
