Wow. I have never had to wait for 10 minutes to tan . Palm beach tan pls get help at 646 location. But in the front gals defense. She was amazingly calm. I felt bad for her. But to be alone She did great. I think even she was amazingly surprised on how well she handled this!

Horrible experience a friend recommended I go there for my first spray tan the young lady at the desk completely lied to me to get me to sign up for a membership she claimed I had to have one to get a spray tan walked out paying an arm and a leg all for my friend to go the very next day with no membership and paid for one spray tan. I will be canceling my membership and never returning.Service: Spray tanning

This place is ridiculous! They are EXTREMELY overpriced and their accommodations are sub par. They bought out Malibu Tan which I was a 10+ years long, HAPPY member. When the company merger or exchange happened, I was told that my unused Malibu Tan credits would be honored at the new establishment, which is now Palm Beach Tan. Well due to life, I quit frequenting the tanning beds for a proximately six months. Fast forward to two months ago, I find myself in Palm Beach Tan being told that my credits were no longer valid. Mind you, this is about $200 worth of bought credits that they told me would be honored. I was never told there was going to be a time limit or any kind of stipulations attached to that. Had I known that I would've made other arrangements, to either use my credits or try and have them transferred to another member. I told them that was crazy and how could they get away with that? No response. I then said "it sure would've been nice if you would've let people know this was to occur" and I was told they did let people know some months back. However, I received no text or call or email letting me know that this was going to occur. So unless you were actively tanning , on a regular basis, I don't think that you were fairly warned that they would be dishonoring the credits of the previous establishment. To them this is an OK standard of business and I think in today's world, in this day and age, you're gonna have to do better than that. On top of that......the location I use (yes I had to tan somewhere and it's closest to my house but I vowed only for two moths for a base tan and I pay the absolute least amount of $ putting me on the lower level of patrons, which you can't help but notice you're on the lower class of the Tanners. Those who spend 100+ dollars a month to 10 unlimitedly and all beds are treated differently, another horrible idea in the tanning industry.) is consistently dirty and the staff isn't that happy, helpful or eager to assist the next customer. Unless you absolutely have to use this establishment, I would highly suggest using another facility. This is coming from someone that's been tanning for 20+.

First of a the girls that work there are very nice and this has nothing to do with them.My issue is we went there for a couple of tans because we're going on vacation. We bought the 2 tans for $70 and went with the tier 4 beds. So we're paying $35 for 12 minutes and the machine I got in (room 17) the controls for the face light intensity is broken. I try to turn on the music, oh it's broken. Here's my deal. If I'm paying $35 bucks for 12 minutes please make sure that the equipment is up to it's tier 4 premium pricing. This is an owner issue and I will go back because of your location and staff but if things are still broken I'm done.
